Update:The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Amex Offers are deals that allow you to earn statement credits or Membership Rewards points for purchases you may already be making.

If you’re thinking about a hotel stay, check your American Express cards because there’s an enticing new Amex Offer for cash-back on stays at Grand Hyatt hotels!

Let’s review what you need to know about the offer.

New Grand Hyatt Amex Offer: Save $50

From now through June 30, 2024, you’ll receive a $50 statement credit after spending at least $250 on 1 or more purchases (including room rates and room charges) at Grand Hyatt hotels worldwide. The offer must be activated before making a purchase.

Keep in mind that Amex Offers are targeted, so you may not see this offer on your card. If you have the offer on multiple cards, only add it to the one you plan on using since you can only use an Amex Offer once per member.

There are a few terms and conditions to keep in mind before you book. Your reservations must be made directly with Hyatt through either the hotel’s website, the World of Hyatt mobile app, a Grand Hyatt hotel, or a Hyatt call center.

The offer does not apply to any other Hyatt properties and cannot be used for purchases of gift cards or World of Hyatt points. The Amex Offer is also not valid for stays that are paid for before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date.

Be sure to check across all of your Amex cards (if you have several) to see if you were targeted for the offer. Just make sure to click Add to Card to activate the offer before your purchase because you won’t get credit for the purchase otherwise.

Final Thoughts

Amex Offers are some of the easiest ways to reduce the charges on an expensive purchase, such as flights or hotels. This offer for $50 back after spending $250 at Grand Hyatt hotels is a solid deal, especially considering it is one of Hyatt’s higher-end brands. If you’re planning a hotel stay, make sure you add this offer to your card ASAP!
