As its name would suggest, the hotel also has an appreciation for honey and roses, even going so far as to have its own rooftop beehives. Flowers can be found throughout the hotel’s decor as well as in the MFLEURS boutique found on the mezzanine where guests can find fresh flowers for purchase.

There are 3 dining options at this hotel. Commodore is a French bistro-style restaurant and cafe, Muze Lounge & Terrasse features a California-inspired menu, and Julia’s Workshop is a chef’s table designed for private events.

Amenities include a movement studio with complimentary gym classes from Essentrics designed by Miranda Esmonde-White, a ballerina with the National Ballet of Canada. Additionally, a dry sauna, indoor pool, and spa are located on the 15th floor.

HONEYROSE Boutique sells art deco and vintage items and rounds out the on-property amenities and offerings.
