While this is a great offer, here’s some of the fine print to keep in mind:

• Reservations must be made directly with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts at hyatt.com, via the World of Hyatt mobile app, or by calling 1-800-233-1234
• This offer excludes purchases of gift cards
• Not valid on purchases of bonus points or on transactions made with Hyatt partners
• Hyatt Residences, timeshares and all locations outside of Canada are excluded from the offer
• This offer is not valid on transactions made at restaurants, spas or amenities

Hyatt has just 19 branded properties in Canada, but there are some high-end hotels, such as an Andaz in Ottawa and the Park Hyatt in Toronto.

You should see the statement credit on your billing statement within 90 days after May 15, 2023. However, Amex Offers usually appear within the first statement after an eligible charge.
