The JW Marriott Orlando has reopened after an extensive renovation.
Let’s dive right in to see the improvements.
New Water Park Opens November 20
The JW Marriott Orlando has more than 1,000 rooms and suites — and every single one got an extensive makeover.
Additionally, the hotel features 7 executive family suites with separate living spaces. These suites feature built-in bunk beds for kids and king-size beds for parents.
Guests who book this option will also receive a VIP pre-arrival experience where the hotel will book an itinerary for children. Kids will also receive a nightly in-room amenity such as chocolate, milk and cookies, and games.
The JW Marriott also renovated the Grande Lakes Waterpark, which now features private cabanas, a lazy river, and 3 waterslides. The water park opens to guests on November 20.
For adults, the hotel features a lobby bar with panoramic views of the new waterpark, poolside dining, and a firepit lounge.
“We are very excited about the completion of the repositioning of JW Marriott Orlando, ” said Greg Dickhens, from Trinity Real Estate Investments, in a statement.
“The well-appointed guestrooms, reimagined food, and beverage offerings, and the spectacular new water park and poolside amenities make the JW Marriott Orlando one of the best resorts in the United States,” the statement continued.
If you’re interested in checking out the renovations yourself, rooms start at $450 per night for a standard guest room for December dates.
Rates start at $1,400 per night for a 2-bedroom suite, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, while a 3-bedroom suite starts at $1,800 per night for up to 12 guests. To help guests save more money, the hotel is running a promotion for 20% off room rates, self-parking, plus a $50 nightly resort credit. The offer is valid from November 20 through November 30 and December 20 through December 26.
