New Kimpton Hotel Theta Opening in NYC Theater District This Fall

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced that a new hotel, Kimpton Hotel Theta, will open in New York City this fall.

New Midtown Hotel Has More Than 300 Rooms

Kimpton Hotel Theta, located near New York’s Theater District, will have 364 guest rooms, including 5 suites and a 1,100-square-foot penthouse.

The hotel will have an expansive rooftop bar, a grab-and-go station in the lobby, and 1,100 square feet of meeting space.

Amenities include morning coffee and tea, evening social hour, an amenity program, a 24-hour fitness center, in-room yoga mats, bikes available for guest use, and a no-pet-fee policy.

The hotel is expected to open in the fall of 2023, though there’s no exact opening date yet.

Kimpton is one of IHG’s signature hotel brands, combining a sophisticated sense of design with unique amenities to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience. You’ll find 70 Kimpton Hotels around the globe, including one in New York City, the Kimpton Hotel Eventi located in Chelsea.

Another 2 dozen will open in the next 3 to 5 years across 20 new destinations, including Bali and Shanghai.

How To Earn IHG One Rewards Points
