Radisson Hotels is investing heavily in Africa, announcing 7 new hotels comprising more than 1,200 rooms.

5 Countries Across the Continent to Get Radisson Hotels

Radisson has announced that it signed for 7 new hotels across Africa. The new hotels include:

Radisson Blu Hotel & Apartments, Dar es Salaam (Tanzania): Opening in 2025, the 138-room hotel will feature a lobby cafe, a business class lounge, a restaurant, a pool, a gym, and 8 meeting rooms.
Radisson Hotel Mwanza (Tanzania): The 196-room hotel will open in 2025. It will have a lobby cafe and bar, a pool with a bar, 2 restaurants, a gym, and a playground.
Radisson Blu Hotel & Apartments, Casablanca Finance City and Radisson RED Casablanca Finance City (Morocco) (Morocco): The 2 hotels will have 381 rooms and are scheduled to open in 2027.
Radisson Blu Hotel & Conference Center, Tunis (Tunisia): Opening in 2025, the 305-room hotel will have a lobby bar, shisha bar, 3 restaurants, and meeting spaces.
Radisson RED Abuja (Nigeria): The 105-room hotel will open in 2028 and feature a bar and terrace, a restaurant, and a pool bar and grill.
Park Inn by Radisson Addis Ababa (Ethiopia): The 120-room hotel will open next year with amenities such as a breakfast hall, restaurant hall, and coffee shop.

“The seven new hotels align with our expansion strategy, demonstrating significant growth in key African markets such as Morocco, Nigeria, Tunisia and Ethiopia, as well as our highly anticipated debut in Tanzania,” said Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group.
