Let’s take a look at the highlights of each card, including their earning structures and what they offer in terms of perks and benefits:

Royal ONE Card

The Royal ONE card is the entry-level offering in this new lineup. It doesn’t charge an annual fee and offers the following earning structure:

  • Earn 3x points on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea purchases.
  • Earn 2x points on grocery, gas, and EV charging.
  • Earn 1x points on all other purchases.

The card comes with a few other perks, too, including priority boarding on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity sailings, a $100 anniversary reward after qualifying spend, Visa Signature perks and protections, and no foreign transaction fees.

Royal ONE Plus Card

The Royal ONE Plus card is the top-tier offering and charges a $99 annual fee. In exchange, you’ll earn points at the following rates:

  • Earn 4x points on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea purchases.
  • Earn 2x points on grocery, gas, EV charging, airfare, hotels, and dining.
  • Earn 1x points on all other purchases.

This card comes with a more extensive list of perks, given its annual fee. These include priority suite boarding on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Silversea sailings, priority luggage handling with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity sailings, a $200 anniversary reward after qualifying spend, an up-to-$120 statement credit for TSA PreCheck or Global Entry (valid every 4 years), Visa Signature perks and protections, and no foreign transaction fees.

Points earned on these cards can be redeemed for savings on sailings, onboard experiences like special meals, excursions on shore, onboard Wi-Fi, and more.
