Mexico’s Newest Ritz-Carlton Reserve Property Is Now Accepting Reservations [From 100K Marriott Points]

Ritz-Carlton Reserve is Marriott’s most exclusive hotel brand, and it’s expanding again with a new opening near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Siari, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is set to open to guests as of December 15, 2025, in Riviera Nayarit, one of Mexico’s most luxurious destinations.

Siari, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Opens in December

Ritz-Carlton Reserve is Marriott‘s most high-end brand, with just 8 properties currently open in exclusive destinations across the globe. The brand is known for intimate, ultra-luxurious properties with exceptional service and 5-star amenities.

Soon, as pointed out by One Mile at a Time, the portfolio will expand to 9 properties, when Siari, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, opens on December 15 in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. Located approximately 90 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, the new resort will feature 90 rooms and suites with ocean views, as well as 35 branded residential units. It joins Zadún, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, in the Los Cabos area, as the brand’s second property in Mexico.

Accommodations range from guest rooms at 979 square feet all the way to beachfront villas with multiple rooms measuring in at a staggering 2,873 square feet.

Despite the low number of rooms, the resort’s footprint is comparatively large, spanning a whopping 920 acres and providing access to over 4 miles of beachfront. The resort’s architecture and design philosophy embrace its beachfront jungle setting with lots of natural woods, neutral tones, and greenery to be found everywhere you look.

Guests staying at the property can expect a long list of amenities, including multiple pools (many guest rooms have private plunge pools, as well), a full-service spa, a fitness center, a dedicated wellness zone, and more. There will be a total of 6 outlets serving food and beverages, including:

• Zula by David Castro Hussong, which will serve seafood
• Estero, which will focus on international cuisine
• Masa Madre, which will serve pizza
• Maribel’s coffee shop
• Lichi juice and smoothie bar
