Great Uses of Singapore KrisFlyer Miles
So is this a good time to transfer your points to Singapore for an awesome redemption? It very well might be! For starters, Singapore Airlines doesn’t release long-haul first and business class award seats to partner airlines, and instead require them to be booked through its own program. So, if you want to fly Singapore’s best products, the only way to do so is to go direct.
Here are a couple of great redemption options to consider!
Singapore Suites to Singapore
Image Credit: Singapore AirlinesIf you want to fly one of the very best airplane seats in the sky, Singapore Suites on the A380, booking it doesn’t come cheap. In fact, a one-way ticket in Singapore Suites from New York (JFK) to Singapore (SIN) will set you back 132,000 KrisFlyer miles.
But thanks to the Singapore promotion, you’d only need to transfer 115,000 points from one of the above programs in order to have the 132,000 miles needed to book this word-class ticket!
Singapore Business Class to Singapore
If you don’t feel like springing for the Suites, and know you’ll be plenty happy flying Singapore’s business class cabin, then booking this from San Francisco (SFO) to Singapore (SIN), one of the longest flights in the world at over 17 hours, would cost 95,000 KrisFlyer miles — but only 83,000 points before the transfer thanks to the 15% bonus.
