Virgin Atlantic Flying Club has sent out an email to members with the ability to earn 2,000 Virgin Points — and you barely have to do a thing to claim them!
Let’s take a look at this limited-time promotion!
Virgin sent out an email offering 2,000 points when you use a unique promo code (which you will find at the bottom of the email) by October 5, 2023.
Getting the points should be pretty straightforward. All you have to do is sign up with your Virgin Flying Club account and link it to your Virgin Red account. You’ll then enter your promo code, and your points will appear in your account. This promo doesn’t appear to be targeted, as I’ve never taken a Virgin flight and still received the email, so make sure to check your email and spam folders.
Here at Upgraded Points, we value Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Points at 1.4 cents per point, making this haul worth $28.
Other Ways To Earn Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Points
Aside from this promotion, earning points with Virgin Atlantic is incredibly easy.
Virgin Atlantic has transfer relationships with American Express Membership Rewards, Bilt Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, and Citi ThankYou Rewards. Points transfer to Virgin Atlantic at a 1:1 ratio from all of these programs. You can also transfer points from Marriott Bonvoy at a 3:1 ratio. You’ll get a 5,000-point bonus when you transfer 60,000 Marriott Bonvoy points at a time — resulting in 25,000 Virgin Points.
Additionally, You can transfer Capital One miles to Virgin Red and then move points between the 2 Virgin programs at a 1:1 ratio.
Other ways to earn Virgin Atlantic Flying Club points include booking through hotel and car rental partners, shopping portals, buying points, applying for Virgin’s co-branded credit card, and more.
This promo is an incredibly easy way to earn a decent chunk of Virgin Atlantic Flying Club points, which you can then use to top up your balance ahead of a redemption or use for Virgin Red perks. If you received this email, make sure to register for the promo by October 5!
