Update:The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

There’s an elevated welcome offer on the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card for up to 75,000 points. Hyatt points are some of our favorites, so this is a new offer you won’t want to miss.

Here are all of the details you’ll want to know about.

Earn up to 75k Bonus Points on the World of Hyatt Business Card

There’s a new welcome bonus offer on the World of Hyatt Business card available from August 15 to September 26, 2024.

New cardmembers can earn 60,000 bonus World of Hyatt points after spending $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. Additionally, cardholders who spend a total of $12,000 in the first 6 months can earn an additional 15,000 bonus points for a total of 75,000 bonus points.

Is This a Good Deal?

The 60,000-point welcome bonus offer is typical for the World of Hyatt Business card. However, the ability to earn an extra 15,000 points is an enticing boost on top of that.

If you can earn the full 75,000-point welcome bonus, you’ll have a chunk of points worth ~$1,125, according to our valuations.

Bottom Line:

This limited-time welcome offer on the World of Hyatt Business card is available until September 26, 2024. If you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months, you’ll earn 60,000 bonus points. You can earn an additional 15,000 bonus points after spending $12,000 on purchases in the first 6 months.

Earning Points With the World of Hyatt Business Card

The World of Hyatt Business card is a great option for earning World of Hyatt points. Not only does this card earn 4x points at Hyatt hotels, but it comes with flexible 2x points categories.

The accelerator rewards bonus allows cardholders to earn 2 points per $1 on their top 3 of 8 spending categories each quarter. Previously, this card advertised that you would only earn 2x points in the top 2 spending categories after 2024; however, that end date has gone away. Now, earning 2x points in your top 3 categories is a permanent feature of the World of Hyatt Business card.

The eligible bonus categories are:

  • Airline tickets purchased directly from the airline
  • Car rental agencies
  • Dining
  • Gas stations
  • Internet, cable, and phone services
  • Local transit and commuting
  • Shipping
  • Social media and search engine advertising

The great thing about these bonus categories is that you don’t have to pick them beforehand. You’ll automatically earn 2x points on your top 3 categories each quarter.

There is no cap on the number of bonus points you can earn, and spending on this card can also help cardholders earn World of Hyatt elite status, as it awards 5 elite night credits for every $10,000 spent.

Hot Tip:

One of the best ways to use Hyatt points is to redeem them at luxury hotels all over the world, including at brands like Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, and Mr & Mrs Smith properties.

Final Thoughts

There’s a new, limited-time welcome offer of up to 75,000 points on the World of Hyatt Business card. The offer, which is good until September 26, is a great opportunity to earn a nice chunk of Hyatt points with your everyday business spending.
