Those needing to book a stay at a Wyndham hotel are in luck, as the hotel chain is running a promotion help you save some cash. You can save 15% (or more) on your next stay.

Here is everything you need to know about these new Wyndham Rewards promotions.

About Wyndham’s January Flash Sale

Bookings made by January 31 and completed by May 31, 2025, can save 15% or more. You’ll save at least 10% on 1-night stays. However, stays of 2 nights or longer are eligible for a 15% discount.

To be eligible, you must book the Member Rate available for Wyndham Rewards members. Note that there are a handful of non-participating hotels (the full list is here). However, these hotels will still offer the standard Member Rate. This promotion is limited to Wyndham hotels in the 50 United States, D.C., and Canada. This is unlike other Wyndham promotions in the past that included international destinations.

Here are the important terms and conditions to be aware of:

  • Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.
  • Blackout dates, room type exclusions, and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel.
  • Offer availability is limited to participating hotels in the 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and Canada.
  • Stays must be booked directly with Wyndham.
  • Offer applies to new bookings only.

Is It Worth It?

If you’re planning a holiday and paying cash for your upcoming stay, saving 15% or more with Wyndham is a great idea. Make sure you compare this to other options in the area before settling on a hotel.

Again, the offer is limited to those with a Wyndham Rewards account. Given that, if you haven’t already, you should sign up for a free Wyndham Rewards account.

There are some solid deals available, even at high-end hotels and resorts. For instance, we’re seeing rates at the MB Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Miami for as low as $206 per night.

In comparison, the next cheapest rate starts at $230, providing more than 10% discount on this 1-night stay. You can save money simply by having a Wyndham Rewards account and booking stays within the promotion’s timeframe.
