Breeze Airways has gained a reputation as one of the fastest-growing airlines in the United States. Founded in 2021 by David Neeleman (the founder and former CEO of JetBlue Airways), Breeze takes a different approach than most other airlines.

Breeze has a loyalty program, Breezy Rewards, where you earn BreezePoints rewards every time you fly and spend with the airline.

Today, we’ll be giving you an in-depth overview of the Breezy Rewards program, so let’s dive right in!

Breeze Airways Overview

Breeze Airways sits somewhere between a full-service airline and a budget carrier. It also has some of the most passenger-friendly policies among U.S. airlines, with flexible change and cancellation options. However, it’s best known for operating flights from underserved markets that larger airlines may overlook. That strategy, along with lower prices, allows travelers in smaller cities to visit new destinations, including international destinations such as Cancun (CUN), Mexico.

Today, Breeze flies more than 170 year-round and seasonal nonstop routes to more than 60 destinations, using a fleet of Airbus A220-300 and Embraer 190 aircraft.

Breeze’s loyalty program, Breezy Rewards, includes 4 tiers. The benefits get better the higher you ascend in the program, with perks like buddy discounts and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Joining Breezy Rewards

Creating a Breeze Airways Breezy Rewards account is simple and free. You can register directly on Breeze’s website. After you create an account, you can start earning and redeeming Breezy Rewards right away.

Signing in to Your Breezy Rewards Account

To sign in to your Breezy Rewards account, visit FlyBreeze.com using your email address or username and password.

Viewing Your Breezy Rewards Activity

You can view your Breezy Rewards earnings and redemption activity by following these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the page entitled “My Rewards.”
  • Select the option that says “BreezePoint activity.”

BreezePoints Expiration

BreezePoints expire after 24 months of no activity, meaning no BreezePoints have been earned or redeemed within 2 years.

To keep your BreezePoints from expiring, you need to earn BreezePoints by flying on Breeze or redeem BreezePoints for Reward Travel at least once every 24 months. Canceled reservations booked with BreezePoints revert to the original expiration date. BreezePoints expiration dates cannot be extended.

Hot Tip:

BreezePoints do not expire for Breeze co-branded credit card members.

Breezy Rewards Program

Breezy Rewards Elite Status

There are 4 Breezy Rewards elite tiers: Breezy 1, Breezy 2, Breezy 3, and Breezy Club. The benefits increase the higher you go, and you keep the benefits from lower tiers as you ascend.

Members without elite status start at the basic tier, Breezy Rewards member. Base Breezy Rewards members have access to the following benefits:

  • Family seating
  • Standard BreezePoint earnings on eligible purchases
  • No change or cancellation fees

You achieve Breezy 1 status by earning 15,000 BreezePoints in a calendar year. It comes with the following benefits:

  • 25% points boost on eligible purchases
  • 1 Bundle Upgrade (“bundles” is what the airline calls its fare levels)
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Zone 1 priority boarding

Next up is Breezy 2, which requires earning 30,000 BreezePoints per calendar year. You get all the benefits of Breezy 1 plus:

  • 50% points boost on eligible purchases
  • 2 Bundle Upgrades
  • Priority customer support

You can also choose 1 Breezy Select Benefit, which includes 1 additional Bundle Upgrade, 2,500 BreezePoints, or a multiple-use 25% Buddy Discount.

You reach Breezy 3 by earning 60,000 BreezePoints in a calendar year. In addition to all of the benefits mentioned above (besides that level’s Breezy Select Benefit), you also get:

  • 75% points boost on eligible purchases
  • 5 Bundle Upgrades
  • BreezeBy priority boarding

For Breezy 3 members, the Breezy Select Benefit choices are: 2 additional Bundle Upgrades, 7,500 bonus points, or a multiple-use 50% Buddy Discount

The top-tier Breezy Club requires a whopping 120,000 BreezePoints in a calendar year. In addition to the benefits above (excluding the Breezy Select Benefit), this tier includes:

  • 100% bonus points on eligible purchases
  • 10 Bundle Upgrades
  • 1 additional Bundle Upgrade for every 15,000 BreezePoints earned after reaching Breezy Club (with no limit to how many you can earn)

For Breezy Club, the Breezy Select Benefit choices are: 4 additional Bundle Upgrades, 22,500 bonus points, or a multiple-use 100% Buddy Discount

Hot Tip:

Anyone with status gets complimentary inflight Wi-Fi, some priority boarding, and a points boost on earnings.

Value of Breezy Rewards Elite Status

Having Breezy Rewards status is pretty valuable, but only makes sense if you fly with the airline regularly. Having Breezy Rewards status — whether it’s Breezy 1, Breezy 2, Breezy 3, or Breezy Club — comes with impressive benefits.

The best benefits start at Breezy 2 status and above. These levels include tier-specific benefits but also include your choice of 1 Breezy Select Benefit, which can include perks such as bonus points, Buddy Discounts, and Bundle Upgrades. Of course, top-tier Breezy Club members get the best benefits, plus 1 additional Bundle Upgrade for every 15,000 BreezePoints earned, with the ability to earn as many upgrades as you want.

Earning Breezy Rewards Elite Status

Your Breezy Rewards status is determined by the number of BreezePoints you earn in a calendar year. Once you’ve reached a Breezy Rewards level, you keep it for the remainder of the calendar year and the following calendar year.

For example, if you earned Breezy Club status in June, you’d keep it between June and December of that year and then the next full calendar year from January 1 through December 31.

You need to qualify each calendar year to earn Breezy 1, Breezy 2, Breezy 3, or Breezy Club status for the following year.

How To Earn Breezy Rewards BreezePoints

Earn Breezy Rewards BreezePoints When You Fly

Breezy Rewards operates a revenue-based model. That means you earn points from how much you paid, not how far you flew. The airline tweaked the Breezy Rewards program in early 2026 so that now you can earn up to 5 status-qualifying points per $1 spent. You also have additional opportunities to boost that by 100% if you reach certain levels.

The airline offers bundled fares — No Flex, Nice, Nicer, and Nicest — where you can choose which services you want and which you’d rather skip. You can purchase bundles and get special perks even if you aren’t a Breezy Rewards elite member.

No Flex fares include 1 personal item, with the ability to book extras. However, you can’t cancel your trip with this option. Nice bundles come with a personal item and carry-on bag, boarding in Zone 2, and no change or cancellation fees.

Nicer bundles include an extra-legroom seat, a personal item, a carry-on bag, and 1 checked bag, complimentary inflight Wi-Fi (on A220 flights), Zone 1 boarding, and no change or cancellation fees. Finally, Nicest comes with all of the bells and whistles. This includes a Breeze Ascent first class seat, complimentary snacks and beverages (including alcohol), a personal item, a carry-on bag, 2 checked bags, first-to-board perks, free Wi-Fi, and no change or cancellation fees.

Pay attention to which bundle you’ve booked, as it directly affects how you earn BreezePoints. Here’s a detailed breakdown of how you earn by bundle:

  • No Flex Fares and eligible trips add-ons earn 1 point per $1 spent.
  • Nice bundles and eligible trips add-ons earn 2 points per $1 spent.
  • Nicer and Nicest bundles and eligible trip add-ons earn 5 points per $1 spent.
  • Estimated earned BreezePoints are displayed on the payment screen during checkout.

The points you earn are valid for 2 years and have a guaranteed value of at least 1 cent each. However, some flights and dates may offer you even more.

Other Ways To Earn BreezePoints

Approved third-party bookings earn 1 point per $1 spent. These include Priceline, Expedia, and Hopper reservations. However, bookings made through third-party websites must be linked to a Breezy Rewards Account to earn BreezePoints.

You also earn up to 5 points per $1 spent on qualifying trip add-ons, including carry-on and checked bags, seat selection, and bringing a pet on board.

Financial Snapshot
  • Foreign Transaction Fees:

At the time, the airline and issuer said the card was geared toward frequent travelers who prefer flying out of a smaller regional airport with nonstop flights. It’s also designed for customers who prefer a rewards credit card from an airline that flies from their nearby airport.

Here’s a look at the benefits that come with the card:

  • Up to 10x on Nicer Bundles, Nicest Bundles, and trip add-ons
  • Up to 4x on Nice Bundles — 2x when you buy, plus 2x when you fly.
  • Up to 2x on No Flex Fares — 1x when you buy, plus 1x when you fly.
  • 2x on eligible grocery store and restaurant purchases, including Breeze Airways inflight food and beverages and 1x on all other purchases.
  • Complimentary inflight Wi-Fi on Breeze flights (on Airbus 220 aircraft)
  • Priority boarding for cardmembers and their traveling companions
  • 7,500 anniversary bonus points after spending $10,000 on purchases each card membership year
  • No expiration on BreezePoints

Unlike some airline credit cards, it doesn’t come with entry-level elite status. However, it makes it pretty easy to earn, especially when purchasing Nicer and Nicest bundles and trip add-ons.

Still, if you’re a frequent Breeze traveler, this card can make sense to add to your wallet. It comes with a modest $89 annual fee and a pretty solid welcome offer:

  • Earn 50,000 BreezePoints after spending $2,000 in the first 3 months.

This offer is worth $500 according to our valuations.

How To Redeem Breezy Rewards BreezePoints

BreezePoints are simple to earn and just as easy to redeem, as they’re worth 1 cent apiece, according to our valuations. For instance, 1,500 BreezePoints would be worth $15 toward future Breeze flights.

Redeeming points is pretty simple. Select the option that says “Book with BreezePoints during your flight search.”

You can also switch from dollars to BreezePoints on the flight selection page or calendar.

Note that your BreezePoints balance must cover the entire cost of the flight or you won’t be able to book an award ticket. Also, the number of BreezePoints needed to redeem flights may vary based on current fare prices and the dates you book.

Though you can’t apply BreezePoints to just part of a booking, if your balance doesn’t cover a ticket, you can use those points on ancillary purchases such as Wi-Fi.
