Nestled within a sprawling 1,100 acres at Evermore Orlando Resort is an appealing new luxury hotel that has transformed the Orlando hotel landscape: Conrad Orlando. The opening of this intriguing new resort marks the debut of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in Orlando and its second property in Florida.

I’ve been eager to experience this hotel since it opened in January 2024. As a South Florida resident, my family and I enjoy visiting Walt Disney World yearly. This time, we aimed to visit Orlando to explore Conrad Orlando and experience a slightly cooler Florida winter than what we typically have in the southern part of the state.

Following our 2-night stay, I am already focusing on earning more Hilton Honors points to enjoy a future stay at Conrad Orlando again.

Let’s peek at my stay at Conrad Orlando during the first weekend of 2025 and see what you can expect when you visit.

Booking Conrad Orlando

Orlando boasts a dynamic and varied hotel market that serves the needs of all kinds of travelers. You’ll discover many budget-friendly and mid-range hotel options alongside a few luxury brands such as Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, The Ritz-Carlton, and JW Marriott. Conrad Orlando joins this exclusive group of Orlando’s higher-echelon hotels.

When I started looking at cash rates for Conrad Orlando, I couldn’t find anything less than $500 per night for the entire year, and those were comparable rates to what I saw for my January 2025 dates.

Conrad Orlando Cash Rates
You can expect cash rates to exceed $500 for most of the year. Image Credit: Hilton

Fortunately for me and other points enthusiasts, rates at Conrad Orlando start at 90,000 Hilton Honors points per night. I booked my 2-night stay using a combination of points and a free night certificate from my Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card*.

With cash rates consistently exceeding $500 per night throughout the year, redeeming 90,000 points per night for a stay at the Conrad Orlando can achieve a value greater than the 0.5 cents we assign to Hilton Honors points.

When redeeming 90,000 points per night for a stay, you will be booked into a Nature View 2 Queen Beds Guestroom (or Nature View King Guestroom), which includes 2 queen beds and faces the front of the resort with views of the golf course or the parking lot.

Because we have 2 adults and 3 kids in my family and could always use more space in a hotel room, I emailed the property to ask about upgrading to a suite. Within a day, I got a reply that allowed me to book a Nature View King-Bed Suite for $200 per night.

I agreed to the upgrade because I had used points and a free night certificate for my booking. I was happy to spend a little cash to make my stay much more comfortable. Upgrading to a suite would provide us with an additional full bathroom, a separate living room, and more than double our space from 455 square feet to 960 square feet.

Hot Tip:

Conrad Orlando is an eligible resort property where Hilton Aspire cardholders can utilize their up to $400 Hilton resort creditdistributed up to $200 semi-annually. Cardholders will enjoy savings on on-site purchases, including dining, spa treatments, and more.

Conrad Orlando Location

Conrad Orlando is on 1,100 acres at Evermore Orlando Resort, which features other lodging options, including 69 houses, 206 flats, and 41 villas, all available for rent.

Conrad Orlando Wide Angle
Conrad Orlando at Evermore Orlando Resort.

Formerly the Grand Cypress Resort, the property underwent an incredible transformation and rebranding to become the Evermore Orlando Resort, now featuring the luxurious Conrad Orlando.

Conrad Orlando Lawn
The Conrad Orlando debuted at Evermore Orlando Resort in 2024.

The 433-key property is conveniently only 3 miles from Walt Disney World, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the parks. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is just 20 miles from the hotel, and it takes about 30 minutes to drive there from the airport.

Conrad Orlando View from Lobby
The hotel is only 3 miles from Disney World.

The hotel features Evermore Bay, a stunning 8-acre crystalline lagoon.

Conrad Orlando Lagoon
Evermore Lagoon is the highlight of Conrad Orlando.

This gorgeous lagoon gives guests a beach-like experience with its soft, white, sandy shores and crystal-clear waters, creating a peaceful spot for fun and tranquility.

Conrad Orland Beach vibe
The lagoon feels more like a beach than a large man-made giant pool.

If you’re in Orlando to check out the theme parks or to relax (like we were), Conrad Orlando’s location makes it convenient to enjoy both experiences.

Check-In

We departed South Florida around noon by car and arrived at Conrad Orlando by 4 p.m., making just 1 quick stop to grab a bite.

Conrad Orlando sign
Conrad Orlando front sign.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was clear that it wasn’t fully booked, or at least it didn’t seem that way.

Conrad Orlando main entrance
The hotel felt exclusively ours as it wasn’t at full occupancy.

Checking in was super easy since no guest vehicles were in the valet area, and no guests were waiting at the front desk.

Valet parking Conrad Orlando
We pulled up to the valet around standard check-in time and saw no other guests, indicating the hotel wasn’t busy.

I had checked into my room earlier in the day using the Hilton app and received my digital key, so I didn’t need to stop by the front desk. I went anyway because I thought getting key cards for my family to use would be good.

While I was at the front desk, I asked the friendly associate if they had any signature stuffed animals or soft toys. Conrad Hotels and Resorts has a lovely tradition of providing signature toys or plush animals to guests, particularly families or those traveling with children.

At Conrad Miami, my daughters each received a cute rubber duck from the hotel, and a few years back, we also got rubber ducks at Conrad Tokyo. To my daughters’ joyful surprise, the associate provided me with 2 Jellycat bunnies.

Conrad bunnies Orlando
Conrad Orlando’s trademark stuffed toy “Sunny the Bunny.”

According to my daughters, Jellycat plush toys are highly sought after. Conrad Orlando’s trademark signature stuffed animal is named “Sunny the Bunny,” a tribute to the Florida sunshine, and a thoughtful gesture.

After returning my driver’s license and handing me key cards, the front desk associate pointed me to the elevators for my sixth-floor room.

Conrad Orlando furntiure lobby
I loved the hotel’s modern decor.

Before departing the lobby to make our way to our room, we took a moment to appreciate the stunning views. The lobby boasted floor-to-ceiling glass windows with a panoramic view of Evermore Bay.

Gorgeous views await guests from the moment they enter Conrad Orlando.

Elite Benefits

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was entitled to several benefits. These included:

  • Room upgrade upon availability
  • $25 daily breakfast credit for up to 2 guests
  • Premium Wi-Fi
  • Free bottled water

Unfortunately, Conrad Orlando charges a $50 resort fee plus tax if you book your stay with cash. There are no resort fees for reward stays booked with all points or with free night certificates, as I did.

This fee includes the following:

  • 1-hour kayak rental
  • 1-hour paddleboard rental
  • 10% off clothes and items at Grand Cypress
  • 15% off spa retail
  • 2 bottled waters every day, plus a reusable water bottle
  • $20 off golf club rentals
  • Shuttle service to Disney theme parks
  • Wi-Fi access

Nature View King Bedroom Suite

We took the elevator to our sixth-floor suite. As we made our way to the room, we were impressed by the modern and tasteful design of the hallways with the fresh, new carpet.

Hallway Conrad Orlando
The hallway carpet looked and smelled impeccably clean as we walked down towards our suite.

Just before stepping into the room, I spotted our room number on the outside, along with a cute little doorbell.

Conrad Orlando doorbell
I love a doorbell outside a hotel room door.

There was a full bathroom on the right side as we stepped in.

Conrad Orlando room entrance
Besides the wood floors, I first noticed a full bathroom on the right side after entering the room.

Living Room Bathroom

This was the bathroom for my kids since ours was in the bedroom.

Conrad Orlando small bathroom full counter
A second bathroom in a hotel room is ideal for families with children.

Living Room

The living room had a cozy, large couch.

Conrad Orlando room couch
During the day, the living room had a nice L-shaped couch.

The couch converted into a bed at bedtime, where my twin daughters slept.

Conrad Orlando sofabed night
At night, the couch converted to a comfy sofabed.

Right in front of the couch, there was a shelf that held water bottles, an ice bucket, and some hotel information below the mounted living room TV. Pocket doors on each side of this dividing wall could close off the bedroom from the living room.

Conrad Orlando living room TV
My girls slept in the sofa bed and had their own TV and in-room amenities.

Next to the couch was a wet bar featuring a sink, coffee machine, and coffee condiments in the drawer below.

Conrad Orlando kitchenette
A small wet bar with a sink, coffee machine, and drawers was beside the sofa.

I always appreciate a Nespresso machine in a hotel room, as one of the first things I do after waking up is drink coffee.

Conrad Orlando coffee machine and sink room
The wet bar had a Nespresso machine on top beside the sink.

Below the Nespresso counter, a drawer contained mugs, plates, coffee condiments, and snacks for purchase.

Conrad Orlando coffee and snacks for purchase
Within the bar were drawers with snacks for purchase and coffee pods, sugar, cream, and glassware to prepare coffee.

The room was also equipped with plates, glassware, and a minibar.

Conrad Orlando drinks for purchase in room
A minibar was hidden within one of the drawers, with refreshments available for purchase.

Finally, the living area had a table with 4 chairs, ideal for ordering room service.

Conrad Orlando in room table
The table with 4 chairs was ideal for ordering room service and staying in.

Balcony

Every hotel room had a balcony, and ours had a nature view overlooking the golf course and parking lot.

Conrad Orlando balcony seating
Each room at Conrad Orlando featured a private balcony — facing nature or the lagoon.

If you’re hoping for a lovely lagoon view, it’s best to consider upgrading, as those aren’t included in a standard room booking. I’ll keep that in mind for next time!

The balcony featured an orange rabbit, Conrad Orlando’s signature “Sunny the Bunny.”

Conrad Orlando balcony
“Sunny the Bunny” was on our balcony, and my toddler was obsessed.

Master Bedroom

Our king bed was spacious, though the mattress was a little too soft for my liking.

Conrad Orlando king bed frontal
The master bedroom featured a comfy king bed with a bench at the edge.

The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean.

Conrad Orlando king room angle
Continuing with the theme of the hotel, our room was impeccably clean.

Beside the king bed was a nightstand with a lamp above it and outlets for charging devices.

Conrad Orlando nightstand and outlets and lights
Each side of the bed had a nightstand with a lamp, clock, and electrical outlets.

A crib was set up beside our bed, which was much appreciated by 2 tired parents.

Conrad Orlando crib
We didn’t need to ask for a crib for our toddler; it was already in the room when we arrived.

The room had several cozy sitting areas, and 2 TVs hung on each side of the wall that separated the bedroom from the living room. This was a lovely addition since we could play content for our toddler while our older twins watched something different.

Conrad Orlando TV Personalization
I thought the personal touch with my name on the TV was a clever feature.

The resort fee included a reusable Conrad-branded water bottle next to the ice bucket.

Conrad Orlando Water bottle
We could use (and take home) the provided reusable branded water bottle. There were water stations all over the hotel.

The room’s lighting was managed with settings instead of the usual switches.

Conrad Orlando Switches
A touch screen managed the room’s lighting system.
Hot Tip:

Other room features included blackout drapes, climate-controlled heating and air conditioning, and daily turndown service, which included 2 paper cartons of water. We could request more water cartons from the front desk.

Master Bathroom

Our bathroom was quite spacious, which was a nice welcome sign.

Conrad Orlando king suite bathroom
No doubt, our bathroom was massive.

It featured a large shower with handheld and fixed showerheads.

Conrad Orlando main bathroom
The marble shower had 2 shower heads, 1 handheld and the other on the wall.

Inside the bathroom was an open closet that included bathrobes, slippers, drawers for storing clothes, a safe, an iron, and an ironing board.

Conrad Orlando closet
Inside the master bathroom was a large closet filled with a robe, iron, ironing board, safe, extra drawers, and storage space for belongings.

The bathroom also featured a big bathtub, perfect for bathing our toddler and relaxing after a fun day of exploring Orlando.

Conrad Orlando bathtub
We used the bathtub several times to relax and bathe our youngest daughter.

The separate toilet area was enclosed by frosted glass.

Conrad Orlando main bath toilet
A door separated the toilet from the rest of the bathroom for extra privacy.

With all the counter space in the main bathroom, we never had any issues getting ready simultaneously.

Counter space was abundant in the master bath!

Byredo soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were supplied as the bathroom toiletries.

Conrad Orlando toiletries
Full-size bottles of Byredo toiletries were available inside the shower.

Amenities

Evermore Bay Lagoon

The focal point of Conrad Orlando is undeniably the expansive aqua-water lagoon.

Conrad Orlando Lagoon Beach
The 17-million-gallon lagoon was the first man-made lagoon in Orlando.

The lagoon resembles a beach more than a typical pool.

Conrad Orlando Lagoon Wide View
Evermore Bay sparkled in the Florida sunshine.

Guests of Conrad Orlando can enjoy a range of water-based activities and amenities, including kayaking and paddleboarding (included in the resort fee), waterslides, and private cabanas (available for rent).

Conrad Orlando kayaks
The lagoon was designed for swimming and water activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding.

The lagoon has various seating options, such as egg chairs, hammocks, daybeds, and lounge chairs, which made it feel like a resort in the Maldives rather than a hotel in Orlando.

Conrad orlando daybed
Was I in the Maldives or Central Florida?

The touchless sunscreen application system was the best feature I noticed while wandering around the lagoon. This system allows customers to choose their preferred SPF level, enter the booth, and receive an even application of sunscreen without human intervention.

Hop in and get sunscreen sprayed!

In the evening, guests could roast s’mores by the numerous fire pits while enjoying live music or outdoor movie screenings on the beach.

Conrad Orlando Lagoon Fire Pit
Fire pits were located around the lagoon — perfect for staying warm on those cooler evenings.

We spent most of the day exploring the lagoon before heading to Disney Springs for dinner. We played volleyball, participated in a pop music trivia contest, and hung out around the lagoon.

Heated Pool

The resort also features a zero-entry pool much smaller than the lagoon, yet perfectly suitable for guests of all ages.

Conrad Orlando main pool
This smaller pool was the only heated body of water on the property.

Here, younger guests can have fun at the splash pad.

Conrad Orlando splash pad
The splash pad was beside the pool for the youngest guests to enjoy.

A game lawn is next to the splash pad to entertain the whole family.

Conrad Orlando Lawn games
A seating area and many lawn games were between the pool and the splash pad.

The pool has many seating options, including chaise lounges, daybeds, and cabanas. Rental prices for cabanas began at around $300 per day and $150 for daybeds.

Conrad Orlando seating pool
Daybeds and cabanas were available to rent by the lagoon or at the hotel pool.

Guests can conveniently order food and beverages from their pool chairs, with everything prepared at the nearby restaurant.

Conrad Orlando Pool
The zero-entry pool is ideal for families with young children.

Spa

The spa at Conrad Orlando is a peaceful getaway inspired by the beautiful natural springs of Central Florida.

Conrad Spa Sign
Conrad Orlando had a full, upscale spa.

The spa check-in lobby sells various skin and hair care items.

spa Conrad Orlando
Spa treatments can be booked by visiting the on-site spa or calling from the in-room phone.

From my room, I could see the spa’s lovely water garden, which features cold plunges, warm whirlpools, and cozy private tub spaces surrounded by lush greenery. These are all reserved exclusively for spa guests with appointments.

Conrad Orlando spa area
The spa’s water garden was exclusively for spa guests with an appointment.

With 3 kids in tow, it was nearly impossible to schedule a spa treatment, but I was tempted. The spa offers various services to enhance relaxation and well-being, including massages, manicures, pedicures, and a full-service salon. Booking options and the spa menu can be found here.

Fitness Center

Conrad Orlando gym per equipment
Conrad Orlando featured a 24-hour-a-day fitness center beside the spa.

The 24-hour-a-day fitness center is next to the spa, and it could be accessed by going outside the hotel’s double doors and walking just a few steps.

Conrad Orlando fitness center sign
The fitness center was accessible at any time of the day (or night).

The fitness center features a range of cardio and strength-training equipment, including Peloton bikes.

Conrad Orlando bikes daytime
Peloton bikes and other cardio equipment were available for guests.

In addition to the main workout area, there is a movement studio for yoga and other group fitness sessions.

Conrad Orlando gym group fitness
Group fitness classes are available and are included in the resort fee.

Kids Club

Conrad Orlando has a wonderful kids club with fun and educational activities for children 5 to 12.

Conrad Orlando Kids Club Sign
The kids club at Conrad Orlando is by the pool and lagoon.

With the guidance of friendly staff, kids could enjoy arts and crafts, have fun outside or at the pool, and discover more about the local environment.

Conrad Orlando kids club interior
There was no shortage of activities and things to do for kids.

The kids club required scheduled drop-offs booked in advance. A half-day session included 3 hours of fun and activities for $75 or a full day for $150.

Conrad Orlando kids club look
Kids club sessions, whether morning or night, had to be booked and paid for beforehand.

Arrivals and Departures Lounge

While checking out the property, I found a cool feature: the hotel had a lounge for arrivals and departures!

Conrad Orlando arrivals and depatures lounge
An arrivals and departures lounge at a hotel!

I couldn’t get in with my key card, but the front desk gave me a special key to check out the lounge.

Conrad Orlando arrivals departure lounge
The lounge serves as a base for guests arriving very early or leaving late and needing a place to relax without leaving the hotel.

Guests can use the lounge to relax before a late flight departure or when arriving before room availability.

Conrad Orlando arrivals departure lounge wifi
Free Wi-Fi, showers, bathrooms, and water were available for guests.

While I didn’t need to use the lounge, I appreciated that it existed and was available for passengers who might require it based on their travel schedule.

Golf

With a location on the massive Evermore Orlando Resort, Conrad Orlando has 2 Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses for guests to enjoy. Each time we drove past the golf courses, I told my wife that the hills and large greens made it feel like we were in a different state.

Conrad Orlando golf
Conrad Orlando guests have access and receive a $20 discount on golf club rentals at the 2 Evermore Orlando Resort golf courses.

The Conrad Orlando resort fee includes a $20 discount on golf club rentals. I didn’t golf this time, but next time, I will leave my clubs at home and rent them from Conrad Orlando to simplify packing.

Shuttle Service to Disney World Parks

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to each of the 4 Disney World theme parks, with bus departures approximately every 15 minutes. I never saw the shuttle, as I was either relishing my time at the hotel or out and about in Orlando.

The shuttle service is included in the $50 resort fee. However, the resort fee does not include Disney World resort perks, such as early park entry or extended evening hours.

Meeting and Event Space

Over 65,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space make Conrad Orlando ideal for meetings, conventions, and special occasions.

Conrad Orlando ballrooms
Conrad Orlando features a ton of meeting space, including 2 large ballrooms.

As I checked out, a large corporate group checked in, likely to use the 2 large ballrooms and multiple meeting rooms.

Conrad Orlando conference rooms
From what I could tell when speaking to the front desk, this hotel is popular for hosting corporate functions.

Business Center

The lobby floor featurs a business center equipped with desktops and printers, which is convenient for document printing or desktop computer use.

Conrad Orlando biz center
Printing is available in the hotel’s business center.

Wi-Fi

Conrad Orlando offers standard Wi-Fi access, which was included in the daily resort fee. I used premium Wi-Fi as a Hilton Honors Diamond member. My wife, daughters, and I consistently used our phones and iPads during our 2-night stay, and the premium Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.

Valet Parking

The hotel’s only parking option is valet, which was $50 per night and not waived for points stays.

Conrad Orlando valet parking
There was no self-parking option at Conrad Orlando.

Food and Beverage

Sophia’s Trattoria

Sophia’s is the hotel’s lovely sit-down breakfast restaurant, conveniently located on the first floor, just 2 floors from the hotel lobby.

Sophia’s Trattoria is Conrad Orlando’s Italian restaurant, where breakfast is served each morning.

This is a great spot for Hilton Honors Diamond and Gold elite members to maximize their daily breakfast credit.

Hilton elite members (Gold and Diamond) get a $25 credit per person per day (max $50 per room) for meals on-site.

We enjoyed our meals here on both mornings, and the food was delicious. One morning, I decided to order the steak and eggs for breakfast because I was in the mood for a hearty protein meal to kick off my day, and it truly delivered.

Conrad Orlando Sophia steak and eggs
My steak and eggs for breakfast were outstanding.

Sophia’s offers cuisine inspired by Southern Italy during weekday lunch and every day at dinner. Dishes include braised short rib and a variety of pastas and pizzas.

Conrad Orlando Sophias inside kitchen
Sophia’s is also open for lunch and dinner and is located on the first floor of the hotel.

Sophia’s Trattoria is open each morning for breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m., serves lunch on weekdays from 12 to 2 p.m., and offers dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. each night. Reservations and menus are available here.

Papaya Club

Conrad Orlando Papaya Club Seats
Papaya Club is a gorgeous outdoor restaurant beside the hotel pool with views of the lagoon.

This beautiful outdoor restaurant has a lovely lagoon view and offers lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Conrad Orlando Papaya Club entrance
On a pretty day, Papaya Club would be an ideal setting for a meal if you’re staying on property for lunch or dinner.

This charming vintage tiki lounge with a modern flair focuses on Polynesian cuisine inspired by the Pacific islands. It features Orlando’s top selection of Caribbean rums.

Conrad Orlando Papaya Club Bar
The restaurant’s full bar faces the resort’s massive lagoon.

We never got the opportunity to have lunch on the property since we were usually out during that time, but I’m really looking forward to enjoying lunch at Papaya Club during my next stay. It seemed like the most inviting dining spot on the property, especially with its lovely outdoor setting.

Ceiba

Who doesn’t enjoy a lovely rooftop? I usually do. Ceiba is the rooftop restaurant on Conrad Orlando’s eighth floor. In the evening, you can enjoy the view of Epcot’s fireworks from your table.

Conrad Orlando Rooftop Bar
Ceiba is the hotel’s rooftop bar and restaurant.

The rooftop restaurant and bar provides a modern take on classic Mexican dishes, with authentic salsas, masa, and moles. It has a wide variety of agave-infused drinks, including tequila and mezcal.

Conrad Orlando Rooftop restaurant
The vibe up here was very adult-centric but families are always welcomed.

Ceiba is only open for dinner and after-dinner drinks from Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 5 p.m. and wrapping up at 10 p.m. The bar keeps the good times going until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Apéro

On the first floor, next to Sophia’s Trattoria restaurant, is Apéro, an eclectic bar open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Conrad Orlando First Floor Bar
At night, Apéro turns into a buzzy bar.

The bar is known for its spritz, a refreshing drink made with Italian wine. It also has a full bar and a long wine list. You can get small bites here, like crispy mozzarella bites or prosciutto with fruit. If you’re hungry for something bigger, sandwiches and burgers are available.

Conrad Orlando First Floor bar seating
You can sit at the bar or order drinks and bar bites at one Apéro’s many tables.

Little Spoon

If you prefer to be on the go or have an early start to visit the Disney parks and need a quick breakfast option, Little Spoon at Conrad Orlando is the solution for you.

Little Spoon shop
Little Spoon is Conrad Orlando’s grab-and-go market beside the lobby desk.

This café, located just a few feet from the reception desk and hotel entrance, opens at 6:30 a.m. each morning and has a selection of grab-and-go options like coffee, pastries, empanadas, salads, and snacks, making it just right for when you need a quick bite in a hurry.

Little Spoon Conrad Orlando
If you need a quick coffee and croissant before heading to Disney World, you’ll get it here.

Little Spoon closes fairly early at 8 p.m. daily.

Little Spoon Shop
You can buy snacks, beverages, and other food items at Little Spoon in a pinch.

In-Room Dining

In-room dining is available each day for breakfast from 6:30 to 11 a.m. and for all-day dining from 11:30 a.m. until 1 a.m. Each guest room has a full menu to explore the options.

Conrad Orlando Menu In Room Dining
The hotel’s room service menu is extensive. You can scan the QR code to see it on your phone.

One evening, we returned to the hotel tired and ordered room service. We ordered a mix of chicken wings, pastas, and burgers for dinner, and the person we chatted with mentioned it would take about 40 minutes. The food arrived right at the 40-minute mark, and we were all quite content with it.

Room service meal dining conrad orlando
We were too tired to go out to dinner so we stayed in and ordered room service.

I found a cool function on the in-room dining tray trolley. Pushing a black button with the Conrad Orlando logo on it alerts the in-room dining personnel to retrieve room service dishes and glassware. How innovative and convenient!

Other Dining Options

A marketplace on the opposite end of the lagoon from Conrad Orlando offers additional casual dining choices.

Conrad Orlando Lagoon Dining Options
On the opposite of the lagoon are more dining options to choose from.

The marketplace is filled with casual restaurants, often enjoyed by guests of Evermore Resort who are staying in their own villas and homes. However, hotel guests can also enjoy these dining options.

Conrad Orlando Evermore Resort Lawn Games
Take a stroll to the other side of the lagoon and check out the lawn games and additional restaurants.

Throughout the day, you can enjoy lawn games outside the casual marketplace.

We ordered some coffee and played cornhole on a glorious weather day.

Across from the lagoon, Conrad Orlando guests have access to a pool, a waterslide, and an open-air bar featuring big-screen TVs.

Additional dining options for Conrad Orlando hotel guests across the lagoon include burgers, pizza, wraps, and more.

We stopped by Sandhill Provisions for some late-morning coffee and baked goods while we strolled around the lagoon to explore the resort.

We picked up a few coffees and a chocolate cookie here as we explored the lagoon on foot.

Service

First and foremost, Conrad Orlando offers great service. Every connection I had with the front desk or staff person was kind and helpful. However, I did not find the service overly warm, which I assume is by design. Hotels in this category often minimize obtrusiveness to give guests control throughout their stay. Still, a small amount of personalization would have elevated a top luxury hotel option in Orlando to new heights for me.

Final Thoughts

Since its grand opening in January 2024, I’ve been looking forward to finding time to head north from South Florida and enjoy Conrad Orlando with my family.

Considering the hotel’s higher cash rates in a reasonably priced market like Orlando, I will probably redeem points or buy Hilton Honors points to save a good amount of cash on my next stay at Conrad Orlando.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. I’m excited about returning, as this might be my new favorite luxury hotel in Orlando (move aside Waldorf Astoria Orlando and JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek)!
