One of the most coveted benefits of any travel-focused credit card is lounge access, and the Atmos™ Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® card steps up.

This credit card offers a flexible lounge benefit, issuing 8 Alaska Lounge passes annually at quarterly intervals. These passes can be shared with others, and you can use 1 pass to access multiple lounges on the same day. They’re valid whether you’re flying with Alaska Airlines, Oneworld member airlines, or additional Alaska Airlines global partners.

The only catch? The passes expire quickly and don’t roll over between quarters.

Let’s examine how this benefit works and how you can make the most of it.

How Do the Alaska Lounge Passes Work?

With the Atmos Rewards Summit card, you receive 8 Alaska Lounge day passes each year. The passes are distributed quarterly, with 2 passes issued at 4 intervals in the year:

  • January 1
  • April 1
  • July 1
  • October 1

Each pass is valid through the end of the quarter it was issued in. Unused passes don’t roll over to future quarters, so you need to use them before the next quarter begins.

Lounge passes are credited to your Atmos Rewards account. They can be used at all Alaska Lounge locations during same-day travel with Alaska Airlines or eligible partner airlines. Eligible partner airlines include Oneworld member airlines and global partners such as Singapore Airlines, Korean Air, and LATAM Airlines. Passes aren’t valid for partner lounges, only Alaska Lounges.

Where To Find the Lounge Pass Codes

First, log in to Atmos Rewards. Then click your member profile (your first initial in the top right corner). Then select Rewards from the drop-down menu.

On the Rewards page, scroll down to the Your Rewards section and click Use your Lounge day pass.

A code will appear on the next screen that you can provide to the lounge attendant or share with friends or family via text.

Who Can Use the Alaska Lounge Passes?

Each Alaska Lounge pass offers access to 1 adult and up to 2 children under 21 traveling together. Passes can be shared with friends or family, so they can use them even if you’re not on the same itinerary. However, unaccompanied minors aren’t eligible, as children must enter the lounge with an adult using a pass.

Your entire day of travel is covered by a single pass, so you can visit multiple lounges in the same day only using 1 pass. For example, you can visit a lounge at departure and during a layover.

Hot Tip:

Lounge passes expire at the end of each quarter, so set calendar reminders to avoid losing unused passes. If you know you won’t use them, you can offer them to family and friends.

What Are the Alaska Lounge Passes Worth?

Alaska Lounge day passes are $65 per person. This benefit is worth $520 if you use it for 8 day passes for a single person. It’s worth up to $1,560 if you use it for 3 people 8 times annually.
