ThankYou Points transfer at the rate of 1:1 (with a 1,000 point minimum) for most transfer partners. Exceptions include Accor Live Limitless (1,000:500), Choice Privileges (1,000:2,000), and Leaders Club (1,000:200).

It’s a mystery why items seem to break down just after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. This benefit extends the manufacturer’s warranty on eligible items for 24 months. It’s valid on items with a manufacturer’s warranty of 5 years or less, and coverage is limited to $10,000 per item.

Can I transfer ThankYou Points to airlines?

Yes, ThankYou Points are transferable to 14 airline partners and it’s an easy transaction.

Just log in to your Citi Strata Premier card account and select View/Redeem, then More ways to redeem. Then choose Points Transfer and you’ll see a list of all the available redemption options.

Prior to transferring your ThankYou Points, you’ll need to establish a frequent flyer account with the airline you’re transferring to. Make sure you’ve set one up in advance and have the account number handy.

Many transfers happen nearly instantly, others can take 1 to 2 days.

How much are ThankYou Points worth?

ThankYou Points vary in value depending on the redemption option, but they are generally worth between 1 and 5 cents per point.
