Ascend Hotel Collection Adds 3 New Properties

The new Ascend Hotel Collection properties are The Harborview in Port Washington, Wisconsin, The Crossroads Hotel – Newburgh in Newburgh, New York, and the 17 West Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Here’s a brief rundown on each property:

• The Crossroads Hotel – Newburgh is located approximately 2 hours from downtown Manhattan in the Hudson Valley. The property has 124 rooms and a seasonal outdoor pool and is in a prime location for the region’s outdoor attractions, such as Hudson Highlands State Park.
• The Harborview is located 30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. The 93-room hotel is steps away from Port Washington’s downtown area and top attractions such as Whistling Straits Golf Course.
• 17 West Hotel has 220 rooms and is centrally located in Tulsa’s Deco District and a less than 20-minute drive from Tulsa International Airport (TUL). The property is located near popular attractions such as the Tulsa Performing Arts Center and the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame.

Choice said it has plans to expand the Ascend Hotel Collection brand, among Choice’s most upscale, to additional locations, including Orlando and Las Vegas “in the coming months.” 

How To Earn and Redeem Points for an Ascend Hotel Collection Stay

Choice Privileges doesn’t use an award chart, and award nights at the chain start at 6,000 points per night. Rates for summer 2022 dates for The Crossroads Hotel – Newburgh and 17 West start at 16,000 points, with The Harborview’s rates starting at 25,000 points.
