New Yorkers, rejoice! Capital One is unveiling its new flagship Capital One Landing at LaGuardia Airport, and it is a stunner. In fact, it may now be the best airport lounge experience at LGA.

Unlike many other airport lounges, the new Capital One Landing at LGA is a dining-focused concept that is closer to a restaurant experience than it is an airport lounge. Guests can make reservations, be assigned a specific table, order freshly prepared items, and receive tableside service.

Upgraded Points and other media members were invited to a guided tour of the Landing ahead of its opening day on February 18, 2026.

Here is a full look at everything you can expect from the new flagship Capital One Landing at LGA.

Capital One Landing at LGA

The new Capital One Landing at LaGuardia Airport will be open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. It’s located in Terminal B at LGA, which is serviced by Air Canada, American Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines.

Spanning nearly 13,000 square feet, the Capital One Landing at LGA is nearly twice the size of the first Capital One Landing at Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA).

Capital One Landing at LGA Decor and Seating

When you enter the lounge, you’ll find a host stand where a staff member will check you in, and then you’ll be escorted to an assigned seat.

Frequent airport lounge goers know that finding a place to sit in a crowded lounge can be a frustrating experience, but the Capital One Landing at LGA removes that pain point, and there are tons of excellent seating options on offer.

The Landing is designed to be comfortable and inviting, with a warm color palette and a variety of textures, and the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with tons of natural light and great views for visitors.

Guests will also find that the terrace in the main dining section is meant to evoke an al fresco feel, and throughout the lounge, you’ll see a curated selection of local art from New Yorkers.

Capital One Landing at LGA Food and Drinks

The Capital One Landing at LGA promises restaurant-quality dining, and it certainly delivers on that promise.

With a collaboration from world-renowned chef, José Andrés, and the José Andrés Group, all of the food is prepared in a 2,250-square-foot kitchen, equipped with the same professional-grade appliances that you would find in one of his Michelin-starred restaurants.

The full dining experience at the Capital One Landing at LGA includes a tapas-style bar, freshly prepared items you can order from a rotating menu, and a special tableside daily rituals experience.

If you’ve ever experienced Spanish Tapas before, you’ll find most of the usual suspects, including pan con tomate, gambas al ajillo, and a selection of meats and cheeses, including jamón sourced directly from Spain.

As for tableside service, each seat or table has its own QR code where you can place food orders for freshly prepared hot items like patatas bravas, croquettas, and carne asada, as well as drink orders.

Once you’ve ordered, items are brought directly to your table, and the portion sizes allow you to sample and share quite a few dishes.

All of the items I tried were excellent and genuinely reflected restaurant quality. In fact, it was a refreshing change from many other airport lounge experiences that only offer a self-service buffet.

Of course, there are several drink options on offer as well, including coffee and tea, beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, and 2 dedicated bar areas that you can enjoy them from.

In keeping with the José Andrés theme of “excite and delight,” the Capital One Landing features roaming carts that provide unique tableside experiences like martini service, mimosas, specialty vermouths, along with José’s signature caviar cone.

If you’re someone who loves a sweet bite at the end of a meal, there is a dessert station as well with a variety of Spanish favorites like flan and burnt Basque cheesecake.

Capital One Landing Amenities

Outside of the food and dining experience, other amenities you’ll find at the Capital One Landing at LGA include fast and free WiFi, integrated power outlets at every seat, dedicated luggage nooks, and 5 private restrooms equipped with changing tables.

How To Access the Capital One Landing at LGA

If you’re looking forward to trying this experience out for yourself, here is how you can access the Capital One Landing, based on access changes that took effect in February 2026:

  • Those with the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card and Capital One Venture X Business Card enjoy unlimited complimentary access. Plus, primary cardholders who spend at least $75,000 on their card in a calendar year can bring 1 complimentary guest into the Landing per visit.
  • Cardholders with a Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card or Capital One Spark Miles for Business* can access Capital One Lounge locations at a discounted rate of $45 per visit. They can bring guests aged 18 or older for $45.
  • All others, whether you have a Capital One credit card or not, can access the lounge for a $90 visit fee.
  • For traveling families, guests 17 or younger accompanied by an eligible cardholder can access the lounge at a discounted rate of $25 per visit, while children under 2 are free of charge.

In addition to one of these options, to access the Capital One Landing, you’ll need a valid boarding pass for a departing or connecting same-day flight.

Keep in mind that the Capital One Landing at LGA has a max capacity of slightly over 180 guests, and it is sure to be a popular option for Capital One cardmembers.

To streamline the experience and guarantee your spot, cardholders can reserve access by making a reservation through their Capital One mobile app, and cardholders will be able to see the real-time capacity of the lounge right from their phone. Should the lounge happen to be on a waitlist, cardmembers can join and be notified when there is a spot available for them.

Hot Tip:

Keep in mind that, if you hold the Capital One Venture X card or Capital One Venture X Business card, you’ll also receive access to all of the other Capital One Lounges, including the other flagship Capital One Lounge at JFK.

Final Thoughts

Put simply, the new Capital One Landing at LGA is outstanding. The space is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, the food and drinks are excellent, and it is the perfect place to kill an hour or 2 before your flight.

While there is no shortage of airport lounge options at LaGuardia Airport, in our view, the Capital One Landing just might provide the best experience of all of them.

For those with the Capital One Venture X card or the Capital One Venture X Business card, this new Capital One Landing is a must-visit. If you fly out of LGA often and don’t currently have either of those cards, it might be well worth adding one of them to your wallet to gain access.
