Delta Air Lines has a pretty good transpacific network, and, occasionally, you’ll find solid deals between the U.S. West Coast and Asia.

That’s the case today. We’re seeing some fantastic deals from several cities — such as Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), and Seattle (SEA) — to Taipei (TPE) with prices as low as $1,439 round-trip in premium economy.

Let’s take a look at this fantastic deal and the best way to book.

Taiwan Flight Deal — Fare Details

If you don’t fly Delta Air Lines often, premium economy is referred to as Premium Select. It offers more legroom, a wider seat, better dining, and priority boarding — all solid perks for a long-haul flight.

These fares are available between July and November 2025, and then they’re available again in the first 2 months of 2026. Play around with some dates on Google Flights and then book directly with Delta or a reputable online travel agency (OTA) like Expedia or Priceline.

The cheapest fare we found is also the nonstop one between Seattle and Taipei:

If you want to save even more money, there are some sweet deals for Comfort+ tickets, starting around $1,040 round-trip. While you won’t get the perks of Premium Select, this is still a great deal for a 13-hour flight.

Best Ways To Book

There’s pretty solid availability through the summer, fall, and winter (excluding December). Therefore, you shouldn’t have too many issues finding travel dates that work.

After you’ve picked dates, you’ll want to book your flight using a credit card that rewards you for travel purchases — or use one of the best credit cards for Delta flyers if you’re booking directly with Delta.

Alternatively, you can also book your ticket using Delta SkyMiles. The cheapest prices are for basic economy tickets, which are the most restrictive. But 76,000 miles round-trip for a Comfort+ seat to Asia is a pretty good deal. Premium Select for 124,000 miles round-trip is also nothing to scoff at.

Hot Tip:

If you’re running low on Delta SkyMiles, you can transfer American Express Membership Rewards points at a 1:1 ratio. Transfers to Delta are typically instant.

Final Thoughts

These are pretty solid deals for Taipei, especially considering the long flight time. There’s excellent availability for much of the second half of this year and into the next. But like all flight deals, these probably won’t last long, so make sure to book ASAP!
