Are you looking for an escape this winter to warmer weather? Well, you’re in luck. Delta Air Lines is starting seasonal flights from Atlanta (ATL) to St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVD) and Grenada (GND) in the Caribbean.

Here’s what you need to know!

Delta Expands Eastern Caribbean Service

Delta Air Lines has announced the first-ever service between Atlanta (ATL) and 2 Eastern Caribbean Destinations: St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVD) and Grenada (GND).

The airline will launch daily flights from its Atlanta hub and will fly between the 2 destinations between December 20, 2025, and April 12, 2026. Both routes will be operated on Delta’s Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which includes first class, Comfort+ and Main Cabin.

This is pretty exciting news. Previously, your only option from Atlanta was to connect in Miami (MIA) on American Airlines.

Delta joins a handful of airlines that offer nonstop flights to Grenada and St. Vincent. Aside from American, JetBlue Airways offers flights to both destinations from New York (JFK), while Caribbean Airways offers flights from New York to St. Vincent.

Bottom Line:

In addition to the routes above, Delta will also expand service from Boston (BOS), Detroit (DTW), and Minneapolis (MSP) to several destinations across the Caribbean and Latin America this winter.

Booking Flights To Grenada and St. Vincent, Plus Where To Stay

Unfortunately, these flights aren’t available yet on Delta.com or Google Flights, so it’s unclear how much tickets will cost with cash or Delta SkyMiles.

When they are available, make sure to book with SkyMiles or through programs like Virgin Atlantic Flying Club. You can earn SkyMiles by opening a co-branded credit card or transferring points from American Express Membership Rewards or Marriott Bonvoy.

If you’re sure you want to visit Grenada or St. Vincent, you’re probably wondering where to stay. Neither island has many points hotels, but you have a few options.

The Royalton Grenada is perhaps your best option for an affordable, all-inclusive resort that can be booked with points. This winter, award rates are as low as 88,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per night. The Radisson Grenada Beach Resort is also available at 30,000 Choice Privileges points per night, though this is not all-inclusive.

Finally, IHG recently opened the Six Senses La Sagesse Grenada. You can find rates as low as 85,000 IHG One Rewards points per night this winter.

You have just 2 points options if you want to vacation in St. Vincent. The Liming Bequia, an SLH Hotel, has availability from 95,000 Hilton Honors points per night for dates this winter. Even better, earning Hilton Honors points is easy through transfer partners and credit card welcome bonuses. There’s also the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Diamond, which you can book from 21,000 IHG One Rewards points per night.

Other non-points options include Soho Beach House Canouan (which you can stay at even without a Soho House membership), Mandarin Oriental, Canouan, and Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Final Thoughts

Delta is making the Eastern Caribbean region easier to access with nonstop flights from its Atlanta hub. This is big news, as Grenada and St. Vincent aren’t the easiest to reach from the southern U.S. — particularly from Atlanta. We look forward to these flights going live on Delta’s website soon to see what pricing looks like.
