This new offer provides a discount of up to 30% at resorts in popular North American destinations.

World of Hyatt members will save 30% off their stay during this promotion, while non-members will save 25% off. That said, the World of Hyatt program is free to join so you might as well sign up to increase your savings!

In order to take advantage of the discount during this sale, you need to follow these terms:

You can book your stay between now and September 30, 2025
Your stay needs to be completed from December 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026
The offer is only available at participating properties
Some properties may have minimum stay requirements
Blackout periods may apply at some properties
Discount applies to room rate only, not to any activities or resort fees
The promotion only applies to cash bookings and not to award nights

Only certain hotels are participating, and you can view the full list here, broken down into several regional groupings. This includes East Coast, West Coast, Hawaii, and Ski destinations for the U.S.

You’ll also find hotels in Mexico divided into groups for the Caribbean and Pacific Coasts, along with hotels throughout central Mexico. Lastly, the Caribbean section has a few regional groupings.

Standout properties include the Andaz Miami Beach, Alila Ventana Big Sur, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, Grand Hyatt Vail, Everline Resort & Spa at Lake Tahoe, and the Andaz Maui Wailea.
