Hyatt has launched a sale where you can save up to 20% off your stay at select Hyatt resorts in the U.S., Caribbean, Brazil, and Mexico this fall. This is “up to 20%,” so your actual discount may vary.

You’ll need a promo code for this deal, and you need to book by October 2, 2024, for travel through April 2025. Here’s how you can take advantage of this deal.

Save on Caribbean and Mexico Rates

In order to take advantage of the discount, you need to abide by these terms:

You can book your stay between now and October 2, 2024.
Your stay needs to be completed from October 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025.
When booking, you need to type in the offer code RESORT for the reduced rates to pop up.
Some properties may have minimum stay requirements.
Blackout periods may apply at some properties.
Discount applies to room rate only, not to any activities or resort fees.

Only certain hotels are participating, and you can view the full list here, broken down into several regional groupings. This includes East Coast, West Coast, and Hawaii for the U.S.

You’ll also find hotels in Mexico divided into groups for the Caribbean and Pacific Coasts, while 1 hotel in Mexico’s interior and 1 hotel in Brazil are available in the “Urban” section. Lastly, the Caribbean section has a few regional groupings.

Standout property inclusions are the Alila Ventana Big Sur, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, Grand Hyatt Vail, Andaz Maui Wailea, and Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in the U.S.

Mexico’s standout inclusions are The Cape, A Thompson Hotel, and Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya, plus numerous all-inclusive properties made the list around the Caribbean. The Park Hyatt St. Kitts also deserves a call-out.
