JetBlue is continuing to expand its presence in South Florida.

The airline recently announced it will increase service on 4 routes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), adding more daily flights and converting some previously seasonal service to year-round operations.

Here’s a look at what’s changing.

JetBlue will increase service or add year-round flying on several popular routes from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) this summer, further strengthening its position as the largest carrier at the airport while giving travelers more options for flights within Florida, across the U.S., and into Latin America.

The most notable change is for Cartagena, Colombia (CTG). Beginning June 11, JetBlue will upgrade the route from 4x weekly flights to daily year-round service, giving travelers more consistent options between South Florida and Colombia’s most popular coastal destination.

A few domestic routes are also seeing expanded schedules starting June 18:

Jacksonville (JAX) – moving from limited spring break service to daily year-round flights
Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) – increasing from 1x daily to 2x daily
Tampa (TPA) – also growing from 1x daily to 2x daily

JetBlue says the increase reflects the strong demand in South Florida and the airline’s continued investment in Fort Lauderdale as a key focus city. The airport also holds special significance for JetBlue, as Fort Lauderdale was the airline’s very first destination when it launched 26 years ago.

Today, JetBlue operates more flights from Fort Lauderdale than any other airline and serves dozens of destinations across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
