If you’re having trouble keeping up with the Olympics because you’ve decided to cancel your cable service or prefer not to pay for a streaming service, we come bearing gold medal-worthy news: You can stream the Olympics for free if you have the right credit card.

Here are the credits that you can use to start streaming the games at no cost.

Using Peacock for Olympics Streaming

You can filter by sport or live events, get reminders for upcoming sports, and more.

Peacock Premium has ads and costs $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year. To go ad-free, you’ll need Premium Plus, which costs $139.99 annually or $13.99 monthly.

Using Credit Card Perks for Free Peacock Services

The Platinum Card® from American Express offers up to $240 in annual digital entertainment credits (available as up to $20 per month), which you can use for streaming with Peacock. That monthly amount is sufficient to cover either Peacock Premium or Premium Plus to stream the Olympics. Note that enrollment is required for this benefit.
