JetBlue is making it much easier for some TrueBlue members to earn elite status this summer.

In a targeted email sent to select members, the airline is offering a fast track to Mosaic 1 status after earning just 7 tiles by August 1, 2026 — far less than the usual 50 tiles normally needed to earn entry-level Mosaic status.

JetBlue’s Latest Mosaic Shortcut Requires Just 7 Tiles

In JetBlue’s TrueBlue program, Mosaic 1 status normally requires earning 50 tiles in a calendar year. That’s a pretty steep requirement for the average traveler.

With this targeted offer, however, some members can earn Mosaic 1 with just 7 tiles by August 1, 2026 — effectively reducing the requirement by 43 tiles or more than 80%.

JetBlue awards 1 tile for every $100 spent on eligible JetBlue flights and vacation packages, or 1 tile for every $1,000 spent on eligible purchases with a JetBlue co-branded credit card. In other words, if you were earning Mosaic 1 entirely through credit card spending, you’d normally need $50,000 in eligible purchases to qualify.

That means you could theoretically earn Mosaic 1 for roughly $700 in eligible JetBlue purchases instead of the typical $5,000 by using this shortcut.

In addition to JetBlue flights and JetBlue Vacations packages, members can also earn tiles through eligible United Airlines flights and when making purchases through the TrueBlue Shopping portal and TrueBlue Dining program.

As a reminder, Mosaic 1 perks include complimentary EvenMore^® seat upgrades at check-in for the member and up to 2 eligible travel companions, a first checked bag free, priority security and boarding, complimentary alcoholic drinks onboard, and access to JetBlue’s “Perks You Pick” rewards.

Even better, members who complete the offer will keep Mosaic 1 status through January 31, 2028.
