We had too much noise at night; would rather stay at the Y than return.

Hi Huell! I’m sorry you experienced so much noise at this hotel. I found it very quiet. As a recommendation for next time, sometimes the front desk can deal with rowdy rooms and help quiet any loud guests so you’re able to rest.

Lahaina Shores will definitely qualify as old school. Staying there you’ll get a sense of what it was like visiting Maui before all the crowds and development. If you’re in need of a super pool with all the amenities this is not the place. Right next door there are shops and places to eat…There’s a gate between the two properties (right side if you’re looking towards the water) down a walkway. Very convenient to harbor and all the places on Front Street. Whalers Village is just up the road…be sure to check out Hula Grill at WV and Kimo’s on Front Street.
