Farmstand is the hotel’s casual farm-to-table restaurant, serving simple favorites such as potato soup and wedge salad. The Restaurant at Farmhouse Inn is the fine dining eatery on the property and serves gourmet dishes, like squash blossoms, black cod, and egg drop soup.

Table 55, the on-site restaurant, is country-inspired and serves farm-fresh dishes daily. The restaurant’s menu promotes freshness and high-quality food and sources its ingredients sustainably. Enjoy dishes such as omelets, charcuterie boards, and chicken BLTs in a laid-back environment, knowing your meal is the epitome of farm-to-table fare.

The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, but the bar opens at 4 p.m. if you want a late lunch. Table 55 also offers room service and to-go orders, as well as grab-and-go options before heading out to explore Miami.

How To Book: Award nights will cost approximately 43,000 Hilton Honors points per night, but the exact amount will depend on when you’re traveling. During peak winter season in South Florida, you can expect to use more points.

4. Hotel Cerro in San Luis Obispo, California

Many of Oak Grill’s ingredients are grown in the hotel’s rooftop garden. If you want to taste more San Luis Obispo offerings, you can also try local wines and locally blended teas.

How To Book: Hotel Cerro is a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, allowing members to seamlessly earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points. While Marriott Bonvoy doesn’t publish an award chart, we found that a standard Queen City View room costs around 60,000 points per night.

5. Inn at Bellefield in Hyde Park, New York

The Inn at Bellefield prides itself on its hospitality, customer service, and simple luxuries. It’s also earned a reputation as an artisan’s haven.

Inside the inn, the Eleanor Market sells handmade goods made by local artists and artisans, from home decor to personal care items and food. The hotel’s eatery, The Storyteller, highlights the tastes of the Hudson Valley by using locally sourced ingredients in its dishes, drinks, and cocktails.

How To Book: The Inn at Bellefield falls is a Residence Inn, one of Marriott’s most popular hotels for extended stays. Award nights are quite affordable, starting at 25,000 points per night, but can increase dramatically during the summer.

6. The Inn at Newport Ranch in Fort Bragg, California

The Inn at Newport Ranch in Fort Bragg is a place where guests can unplug and enjoy the wildness of the Mendocino Coast. This hotel highlights nature and the environment, so unsurprisingly, its on-site dining prioritizes local ingredients and farm-to-table dishes.

The inn has acres of gardens where herbs and produce are grown, and the culinary staff regularly trek into the surrounding woods to forage for raw materials to center the menu around.

This inn is also a small working farm, with cows put out to pasture daily to roam. Food is served on the property 4 times daily. The kitchen has strict operating hours, so be sure you’re not late if you plan to eat at the inn.

How To Book: As a Mr & Mrs Smith Hotel, it’s possible to earn and redeem World of Hyatt points for nights booked at The Inn at Newport Ranch. Free nights are dynamically priced depending on demand, but you can expect to redeem around 65,000 points per night for a standard guest room.

7. Kimpton The Forum Hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia

Birch & Bloom is open daily for breakfast and dinner, though brunch is available on the weekends. The bar area usually opens at 4 p.m. for an afternoon bite.

How To Book: Kimpton Hotels is one of our favorite brands under the IHG One Rewards umbrella. Even better, rooms at this lovely hotel can be booked for as little as 35,000 IHG One Rewards points per night. This hotel is also a fantastic use of an IHG free night certificate.

8. Milkweed Inn in Wetmore, Michigan

Milkweed Inn in Wetmore, Michigan, changes how guests experience food and nature. This small inn is in the Hiawatha National Forest and gives visitors an off-the-grid experience with its cozy nature-inspired decor and outdoor activities.

The inn is owned and operated by an award-winning chef who decided to combine their love of cooking with their love of the wilderness. During the summer and fall, the inn welcomes guests every weekend for stargazing, fishing, kayaking, and eating.

Sustainability is a cornerstone of the inn, so all the ingredients used in Milkweed’s dishes are foraged and grown by the chef or sourced from local farmers. The menu changes every weekend, so no eating experiences are alike. The inn cannot accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies; all guests must be at least 15 years old.

9. The Steward, Santa Barbara, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in California

Terra, the on-site restaurant, shares these values. The restaurant uses local ingredients sourced from Santa Barbara and Goleta farmers and suppliers to create menu items that are eco-friendly, nutritious, and delicious.

It partners with local companies, like 805 Honey and FRINJ Coffee, to ensure that every dish evokes local flavors. Terra is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Farm-to-table specialties include buttermilk pancakes, chilaquiles, and cheese and charcuterie boards.

While Terra’s main menu creatively melds flavors, there’s a kids menu for children and picky eaters. Options on this menu include farm-to-table iterations of old favorites like grilled cheese and mini Wagyu burgers.

How To Book: The Steward is part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand, which houses boutique hotels around the world. Standard guest rooms can be booked for roughly 58,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per night.

10. Wyndham Boca Raton in Florida

Farmer’s Table is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Happy hours occur between Monday and Friday, and brunches are served on weekends. They offer to-go options, so you can order something to eat in your room or while exploring Boca Raton.

If you decide to dine at the restaurant, you might be able to enjoy some live music. You can also take a cooking class to recreate your favorite dishes at home. TrendTea Lounge is the Wyndham Boca Raton cafe, which serves fresh brews, juices, and snacks, often using local ingredients when possible.

How To Book: Wyndham Rewards is one of the most underrated loyalty programs as it’s one of the only hotel chains left to publish award charts. Nights will cost 7,500, 15,000, or 30,000 points, and the Wyndham Boca Raton falls in the latter camp.
