Bilt is back with another edition of Rent Day and sports fans are going to like it.

For October’s Rent Day, Bilt is launching Bilt Experiences and Bilt members will have the opportunity to use points for tickets and all-inclusive suites at select NFL games on Sunday, October 1, 2023.

Plus, 1 Rent Day Ride winner will have their rent paid up to $2,500.

The start-up, which has made waves with its no-fee credit card, a plethora of transfer partners, a point.me partnership, and fee-free rent payments, first introduced Rent Day in October 2022 with exciting new deals to kick off every month.

There have been some great travel-themed Rent Days in the past, so while some may be disappointed with the lack of transfer bonuses or status match opportunities this month, football fans have a unique chance to experience an NFL game in style.

On October 1, 2023, Bilt Rewards members can also enjoy 5x points on sports tickets, double points (up to 6x, excluding rent), play the game show “Rent Free,” earn points from Point Quest, and more.

Let’s take a look at all the details!

Bilt Rent Day: October Edition

All Bilt Rewards members will have access to October’s Rent Day perks — and remember, it’s free to join the Bilt Rewards loyalty program! However, in order to earn double (or 5x) points, you’ll need the Bilt World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card.

Bilt Experiences

Bilt has introduced a new benefit for members: Bilt Experiences.

Members will have access to unique events such as concerts, happy hours, dinner reservations, and sporting events each month.

October’s Bilt Experience is NFL game tickets.

Bilt members will have the opportunity to use their Bilt Rewards Points for tickets to one of 3 NFL games on Sunday, October 1, 2023, including:

  • New York Jets vs. Kansas City Chiefs at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ (Hosted by Bilt’s Creative Director, Julien Albertin)
  • Los Angeles Chargers vs. Las Vegas Raiders at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA (Hosted by Bilt’s Director of Brand Marketing, Paige Rowin)
  • Houston Texans vs. Pittsburgh Steelers at NRG Stadium in Houston, TX (Hosted by Bilt’s VP of Travel, Richard Kerr)

Bilt Rewards members have 2 levels of tickets to choose from:

  • 10,000 points: All-inclusive suite including the game ticket, food, drinks, and Bilt swag (limit 2 per member)
  • 2,500 points: 1 upper-level, reserved seat ticket (limit 2 per member)

These tickets are expected to go quickly, so Bilt has set up a tiered structure based on Bilt Rewards elite status, with higher tiers getting access earlier.

All Bilt Rewards members will have access to the 2,500-point ticket redemptions starting on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 12 p.m. EDT.

For the all-inclusive suite tickets, access is based on the following structure:

  • Platinum Status: Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 12 p.m. ET
  • Gold Status: Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 1 p.m. ET (if available)
  • Silver Status: Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 2 p.m. ET (if available)
  • Blue Status: Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 3 p.m. ET (if available)

If you are able to score some tickets, just note that they are non-transferable.

SoulCycle Rent Day Ride

Rent Day Rides will kick off on October 1, 2023, at 56 SoulCycle studios across the country. The rides will be a 45-minute, full-body indoor cycling class.

Bilt Rewards members can book one of 10 free classes via the Bilt Rewards app (iOS, Android).

There will only be 10 bikes available, so move quickly if you’re interested because they’ll be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, 1 Rent Day rider will have their rent paid (up to $2,500).

Rent Free

In August, Bilt introduced a new way to get your rent paid via its new game show “Rent Free.” Each month, a new creator will host a Family Feud-style quiz show where 1,000 Bilt members have answered hypothetical questions, and it will be up to you to see how well you know them. If you answer 3 correctly, you’ll be entered to get your rent paid up to $2,500.

In October, the host of “Rent Free” will be comedian and sports fan Michael Rapaport.

Log into your Bilt app on October 1, 2023, to play!

Rent Day for Bilt Cardholders

Although the Bilt card has no annual fee, it delivers a solid return on spend:

  • 3x points on dining
  • 2x points on travel
  • 1x points everywhere else (including rent)

With Rent Day October, cardholders can earn 5x points on sports tickets and double points on all purchases for 24 hours starting on October 1, 2023, at 12 a.m. ET — up to 10,000 bonus points. This brings earnings to:

  • 6x points on dining
  • 5x points on sports tickets
  • 4x points on travel
  • 2x points everywhere else (excluding rent)

This brings the Bilt card to the top of the heap when it comes to earnings on dining. We value Bilt Rewards points at 1.8 cents apiece, which means you’ll be able to net a 10.8% return on all dining spend on October 1.

And don’t forget about Bilt Dining, which can boost earnings up to 11x points per dollar!

In contrast, the American Express® Gold Card earns 4x Membership Rewards points at restaurants, plus takeout and delivery in the U.S. We value these points at 2.2 cents apiece, which means you’d be getting 8.8% back when using the Amex Gold card.

Considering Bilt’s range of useful transfer partners, including World of Hyatt and American Airlines (an exclusive), this makes Rent Day a very valuable proposition for cardholders.

Point Quest

Point Quest is back. This fun trivia game will be available on the Bilt app on October 1, 2023, giving members the chance to earn up to 250 Bilt Points.

There will be 5 multiple-choice questions worth 10 to 50 points each, and if you answer them all correctly, you’ll get a sixth bonus question worth 100 points.

Final Thoughts

Bilt Rent Day continues to be a great day to earn some valuable Bilt Rewards points — especially if you have a Bilt card.

This month is especially exciting for NFL fans who can redeem their points for tickets and even all-inclusive suites on Sunday, October 1.

Besides the ability to pay rent with a credit card (awesome), those holding the Bilt card can earn up to 6x points on dining (or more with Bilt Dining in select cities) for 24 hours on October 1.

The information regarding the Bilt World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card was independently collected by Upgraded Points and not provided nor reviewed by the issuer.

Can you clarify if the fast track to Globalist can be done with just the loyalty membership without the credit card.

Correct, you do not need the Bilt Mastercard to participate. This is open to any Bilt Rewards members and is free to join.

Can points be used to book the 10 or 20 nights? Or do they need to be paid?

I have stayed Hyatt since joining their rewards program, but they are telling me to get credited I must book my Hyatt stays through their portal. Is this correct? I have read everything on the site and I cannot find that requirement anywhere.

Yes, in order to earn elite night credits and points you need to book directly through Hyatt (or MGM), and not a 3rd party.
