Singapore Airlines’ premium economy is among the best, and although the seats don’t fully recline, they’re still very comfortable. They’re more akin to domestic first class seats, with a footrest and better recline than standard economy.
Premium economy passengers are also entitled to better food, including the ability to ‘book the cook.’ Finally, priority boarding, check-in, and baggage handling are all part of the premium economy experience.

The absolute cheapest ways to book this fare includes using an online travel agency (OTA) to do so. This includes sites such as Expedia or Priceline and can be a decent option if you’re looking to spend as little money as possible. You can also choose to book directly with the airline, which may cost a little more but can be helpful if you need to change or cancel your flight.
