JetBlue is celebrating its 24th birthday with a week full of deals.

The final deal has landed, and $49 flights are back — here are the details!

JetBlue’s Birthday Celebration Deals: Day 5

Until tonight, February 9, at 11:59 p.m. ET, you can book JetBlue flights for as low as $49 one-way.

The eligible travel dates of this sale are Tuesdays and Wednesdays between February 20 and May 15, so this is a great promotion if you want to book a spring break trip.

All the cheapest tickets are Blue Basic fares, meaning seat assignments, carry-on bags, and flight modifications will cost extra. It may be worth upgrading to the Blue fare, which includes all the aforementioned benefits in the ticket price.

The best part of this 1-day sale is that you can also get extraordinarily low deals when redeeming your TrueBlue points — with flights as low as 4,000 points one-way! When searching for flights through JetBlue’s website, simply click “Use TrueBlue points” to see the rates with points.

JetBlue’s Birthday Celebration Deals: Day 4

JetBlue’s partnership with Paisly helps take care of everything outside of the flight. Travelers can seamlessly book hotels, rental cars, activities, and more through the service and connect their bookings with their JetBlue itinerary.

Now, you can earn 2x bonus points on Paisley hotel reservations booked by Thursday, February 14, for travel on any date.

While this deal may not be as exciting as the others so far, it can be an easy way to earn more TrueBlue points this week.

JetBlue’s Birthday Celebration Deals: Day 3

Those with The JetBlue Card, The JetBlue Plus Card, or The JetBlue Business Card have the opportunity to earn up to 5,000 bonus points with JetBlue’s anniversary offer. The promotion is valid on card spend, specifically for JetBlue purchases, through February 29, 2024:

  • Earn 1,000 bonus TrueBlue points if you spend $500 to $999
  • Earn 2,500 bonus TrueBlue points if you spend $1,000 to $1,499
  • Earn 5,000 bonus TrueBlue points if you spend $1,500+

For example, let’s say you have Mosaic elite status and the JetBlue Plus card. If you booked $1,500 worth of JetBlue flights before the end of February, you would earn:

  • 6x points on JetBlue purchases with the card
  • 3x points on the base airfare
  • 3x points as a Mosaic member
  • 3x points by booking direct
  • 5,000 bonus points from the promotion

Therefore, you could take home a generous haul of 27,500 TrueBlue points from the promotion. We value JetBlue points at 1.3 cents each, so that’s worth $357.50 for future flights — that’s nearly a 24% return!

JetBlue’s Birthday Celebration Deals: Day 2

Day 2’s deal is still live, and the airline is offering a big discount on flight and hotel or flight and cruise packages.

You must book these JetBlue Vacations packages by the end of the day on Monday, February 12, for travel dates between February 15, 2024, and January 15, 2025. Here are the promo codes:

  • $25 off $500+ with promo code CELEBRATE25
  • $200 off $3,500+ with promo code CELEBRATE200
  • $350 off $5,000+ with promo code CELEBRATE350
  • $650 off $8,000+ with promo code CELEBRATE650

As part of this promotion, you can reserve your JetBlue Vacations flight and hotel package booking by only putting a $100 down payment per traveler. The remaining payment must be made at least 30 days before departure, but this is a great way for you to take advantage of the savings now and pay later.

If you’re taking advantage of this sale, you’ll want to use a travel rewards credit card to maximize your reservation. For instance, the Chase Sapphire Reserve® and the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card earn 3x points and 2x points on travel worldwide, respectively.

For example, a family booking a JetBlue Vacations package of $8,000 can save $650 off the total cost— and earn up to an additional 22,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points. We estimate Chase points to be worth 2 cents apiece, or roughly $440 value of future travel.

Hot Tip:

Final Thoughts

Happy birthday to you, JetBlue. Travelers can save big on flights, hotels, and more with all of the deals from Day 2-5!
