It’s a new month, which means a fresh set of transfer bonuses to take advantage of.

Today, we’ll examine this month’s newest transfer bonuses for the top transferable rewards programs so you can get the most out of your hard-earned points and miles.

Here’s everything you need to know!

New Transfer Bonuses for July 2026

Amex Membership Rewards to Avianca Lifemiles

Until July 15, 2026, there’s a 15% transfer bonus from American Express to Avianca. The elevated transfer rate is 1:1.15.

Lifemiles can be a great way to book domestic itineraries within the U.S. on United, a Star Alliance partner of Avianca. This transfer bonus further lowers the cost. For even more redemption ideas, check out our guide to the best ways to redeem Avianca Lifemiles.

Amex Membership Rewards to Hilton Honors

Through July 14, 2026, there’s a 20% transfer bonus from American Express to Hilton Honors. The elevated transfer rate is 1:2.4.

The Hilton Honors program has a lot of positives, and transfer bonuses are usually a great deal — though this one deserves a closer look before transferring points. We value American Express points at 2.2 cents but Hilton points at just 0.5 cents. That means you’re trading 2.2 cents for 1.2 cents, even with the transfer bonus.

Amex Membership Rewards to Virgin Atlantic

Until July 31, 2026, there’s a new 30% transfer bonus from American Express to Virgin Atlantic. The elevated transfer rate is 1:1.3.

Flying Club offers some great redemptions, though taxes and fees can be expensive on redemptions in first or business class. Remember that Virgin offers multiple loyalty programs, and you can also move Flying Club points into Virgin Red for hotel, lifestyle, and cruise redemptions as well. This is effectively a 30% transfer bonus from Amex to Virgin Red as well.

Capital One Miles to EVA Air

Until July 31, there’s a 30% transfer bonus from Capital One to EVA Air Infinity MileageLands. The elevated transfer rate is 1:0.975, up from the typical 1:0.75. That means 1,000 Capital One miles become 750 EVA Air miles with the transfer bonus.

There are some great uses of EVA Air Infinitely MileageLands miles, and this transfer bonus moves the ratio closer to 1:1. However, Citi ThankYou Points transfer to EVA at a 1:1 ratio all the time, beating what Capital One offers with this promotion.

Chase Ultimate Rewards to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club

Through July 7, 2026, there’s a 30% transfer bonus from Chase to Virgin Atlantic. The elevated transfer rate is 1:1.3.

Virgin Atlantic Flying Club offers some great award pricing — both for flights on Virgin Atlantic and on partners — though the fees when booking flights in business or first class can be quite high.

Citi ThankYou Points to Accor Live Limitless

Until July 14, 2026, there’s a 50% transfer bonus from Citi to Accor Live Limitless (ALL). The elevated transfer rate is 2:1.5.

The ALL program uses a fixed-value points system, letting you redeem 1,000 points to take €20 ($23.22) off your hotel bill. That simplicity makes the program easy to use, though it also means you’ll need more points when staying at an expensive hotel.

Hot Tip:

You can always keep track of all the latest airline and hotel transfer bonuses by using our transfer partner tool calculator!

Hotel Programs (Multiple) to Cathay Pacific

Through July 14, 2026, there’s a 10% transfer bonus to Cathay Pacific’s Cathay program, available from several hotel programs. Eligible programs include Accor, Best Western, Hilton, IHG, Shangri-La, and Hyatt.

Most of these offers don’t make sense, as there’s a loss of value along the way, but they can make sense if you have no use for these hotel points. Note that there is a bonus of 3,000 miles from this offer.

Rove Miles to Frontier Airlines

Until July 31, 2026, Rove Miles is offering a 25% transfer bonus to Frontier Miles. The elevated transfer rate is 1:1.25.

Frontier Miles is the loyalty program of Frontier Airlines, and we value these miles at 1.1 cents each. It’s hard to get much more than that when redeeming miles. Conversely, we value Rove Miles at 1.5 cents each, so turning 1.5 cents into 1.375 cents (after the transfer bonus) won’t make sense for most people.

Final Thoughts

Earning transferable points is always a great idea, since they’re so flexible when it’s time to book your trip. You can choose to book your hotel or flight through whichever program offers the best deal, then transfer points once you’ve found something you like. Elevated transfer bonuses make transferable rewards even better because you can use fewer points and get even more value out of your next award booking!

That said, remember that transfers can’t be undone, so be sure you have a plan for using points in these rewards programs before moving your credit card points to an airline or hotel’s program. If you change your mind or can’t find the trip you wanted to book, you can’t send the points back.

Remember that transfer bonuses are usually available just for a limited time. Thus, if you’re interested in any of these offers, make sure you take advantage of them before the expiration date.
