The Royalton Chic Antigua, Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Hotel, is the latest Royalton brand resort to open in the Caribbean.

Here’s what you need to know about this new, luxe all-inclusive resort!

New Royalton Resort in Antigua

The Royalton Chic Antigua has 235 rooms and suites with ocean view, swim-out, or oceanfront access. All rooms and suites feature a balcony or terrace.

The adults-only resort features 5 bars, 7 restaurants, a spa, a pool, and fitness facilities.

If you aren’t familiar with the Royalton brand, it falls under the All-Inclusive by Marriott International umbrella.

Royalton noted the success of its other resorts in the Caribbean — the chain is located throughout the Caribbean and Latin American region in destinations like Cancun and Punta Cana — for opening a new resort in Antigua.

“As we expand our presence in the Caribbean, we’ve leveraged our experience to innovate, not only by providing enhanced leisure and hospitality options but also by making significant contributions to the destination and its people,” said Jordi Pelfort, President of Blue Diamond Resorts.

Bottom Line:

This is the second Royalton resort in Antigua, a small island in the Caribbean near Guadeloupe. The all-ages Royalton Antigua is perhaps best known for its collection of overwater bungalow suites, which can cost as much as $2,700 per night!

Booking the Royalton Chic Antigua

The Royalton Chic Antigua, Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Hotel, is now open for guests. You’ll find cash rates for around $550 per night for dates this fall. That may sound pricey, but for a Caribbean all-inclusive, it’s pretty decent.

Unfortunately, points bookings do not appear to be available just yet, so we’re unable to see how much a redemption costs. Still, you’ll earn Marriott Bonvoy points on your reservation, as long as you book directly through Marriott or Royalton.

Marriott Bonvoy points are pretty easy to earn, even if you don’t frequent the chain. You can transfer American Express Membership Rewards, Bilt Rewards, and Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Marriott at a 1:1 ratio or open 1 of the best Marriott Bonvoy credit cards. These cards all come with large welcome bonus offers and some form of Marriott Bonvoy elite status.

Final Thoughts

Antigua has a handful of all-inclusive resorts, so a new resort (especially where you can earn Marriott Bonvoy points) is always exciting news. This adults-only resort will likely prove popular for those who don’t want to stay at Royalton’s family-friend option in Antigua!
