25% Lifemiles Transfer Bonus Details

Right now, Citi is offering a 25% bonus when you transfer your ThankYou Points to Avianca Lifemiles.

Unlike some previous transfer bonuses, the additional miles are awarded by Citi ThankYou Rewards. Therefore, you will see the promotion when you log into your Citi ThankYou Rewards account.

Here are a few other things you should know about this promotion:

  • The promotion is valid through October 18, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET
  • A minimum of 1,000 ThankYou Points are required per transfer
  • You must register for a Lifemiles account before transferring
  • The 25% bonus will be calculated at the time of transfer
  • Miles do not count towards Lifemiles elite status
  • Miles should be credited within 24 hours of the transfer but may take up to 5 days

It’s relatively easy to earn Avianca Lifemiles, and they can help unlock some fantastic redemptions because you can redeem them on Star Alliance partners without fuel surcharges.
