Wyndham Expands Ticketmaster Partnership To Include Points Earnings for All Members

Wyndham first teamed up with Ticketmaster just last week when it launched Wyndham Insider, a subscription service meant to complement the Wyndham Rewards program. It offers a range of benefits, including automatic elite status, discounts, bonus earnings, and more, in exchange for a $95 annual fee.

One of the benefits it offers is the ability to earn 2 points per $1 spent on Ticketmaster purchases for up to 50,000 points annually. Now, Wyndham is expanding its new partnership with Ticketmaster and rolling out earnings to all Wyndham Rewards members.

Now, all members will earn 1 point per $1 spent on Ticketmaster purchases, while Insider members will continue to earn 2x on those purchases. Additionally, Insider members will be able to redeem Wyndham Rewards points for Ticketmaster purchases.

Wyndham says it will automatically connect members’ Wyndham Rewards and Ticketmaster accounts between November 5 and 13, 2025. If you prefer not to be enrolled, click this link to opt out. Note, however, that clicking the link immediately opts you out. It’s unclear at this point whether there will be a mechanism to manually connect each account at a later date.

Wyndham doesn’t specify that you need to use one of its co-branded credit cards to take advantage of the points earnings, so you can double-dip by using one of the best credit cards for entertainment purchases and earn points according to your preferred card’s earning structure, in addition to earning Wyndham Rewards points by virtue of having your Wyndham and Ticketmaster accounts connected.

Hot Tip:

Final Thoughts

The fruits of Wyndham’s new partnership with Ticketmaster are expanding to all Wyndham Rewards members, with the ability to earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Ticketmaster purchases. Wyndham Insiders will continue to earn 2 points for every $1 spent on these purchases and now have the ability to redeem their points for purchases with Ticketmaster.

Finally, remember that your accounts will automatically be linked in the coming weeks unless you proactively follow the link above to opt out of the process. But if you click the link, you can’t back out of opting out, and it’s not clear if you’ll be able to reverse that decision later.
