Atlantic
The Atlantic region covers all of Europe and Africa, along with the Middle East, West Asia, and parts of South Asia.
Pacific
The Pacific region covers East Asia, Eastern Russia, the rest of South Asia and Oceania (including Austrailia and New Zealand).
South America
Lastly, the South American region includes all of South America.
How to Use the Air Canada Aeroplan Program
Air Canada Aeroplan often has redemption rates that are a little better than United Airlines’ MileagePlus program, but the carrier-imposed surcharges can be a bit much for some people.
If you book awards on partners such as Brussels Airlines, Swiss Air, or United Airlines, these surcharges won’t be a problem.
You can use our award search guide to learn how to find award space on all of Air Canada’s partner airlines.
