Other Ways To Use Your Points

Other Capital One options like redeeming miles for cash statement credits or gift cards are not as good a value as travel. You’ll only get 0.5 cents/mile, or even less for merchandise.

Combining Capital One Miles From Different Accounts

Combining Capital One miles from your different Capital One accounts is a simple process. The key is you need to have a miles-earning Capital One card like Venture Rewards and Spark Miles.

Cards like Savour and Spark Cash do not earn miles and so cannot be combined.

You cannot transfer miles or points from an airline to Capital One Venture miles. You also cannot get back any Venture miles that you have already transferred to an airline partner, all transfers are final.

Do Capital One miles expire?

Your Capital One miles will not expire as long as your account remains open and in good standing.

How much are Capital One miles worth?

Generally, Capital One miles are worth a fixed 1 cent per point when redeeming them through their travel portal. However, you can easily get a much higher point value by using one of their many transfer partners.
