Here are the steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Capital One website and log into your account.
Step 2: Click Transfer Miles on the right side of your screen. Type in your Frequent Flyer Number.
Step 4: Receive the confirmation. You can download the confirmation code for your records.
Other Ways To Use Your Points
Other Capital One options like redeeming miles for cash statement credits or gift cards are not as good a value as travel. You’ll only get 0.5 cents/mile, or even less for merchandise.
Combining Capital One Miles From Different Accounts
Combining Capital One miles from your different Capital One accounts is a simple process. The key is you need to have a miles-earning Capital One card like Venture Rewards and Spark Miles.
Cards like Savour and Spark Cash do not earn miles and so cannot be combined.
