Wells Fargo Rewards points can be transferred at a 1:1 ratio to any of its airline partners. Current partners include Aer Lingus AerClub, Air France-KLM Flying Blue, Avianca LifeMiles, The British Airways Club, and Club Iberia Plus.

There is just 1 hotel transfer partner, although more could be added. Choice Privileges is excellent for securing free hotel nights, as Wells Fargo Rewards points transfer at the rate of 1:2 for Choice Privileges points.
