Everhome Suites is Choice Hotels’ newest brand, and it has just opened a new hotel in California.
Here’s what you need to know.
Choice Launches New Extended-stay Brand
The Everhome Suites Corona is the first property under the new brand to open.
The brand is for long-term stays and road warriors and emphasizes the extended stay clientele who want to be able to work and play.
Everhome Suites Corona has nearly 100 apartment-style rooms, complete with kitchens, and dishwashers, with some 1-bedrooms boasting an in-unit washer and dryer. Common spaces include a fitness space with Peloton bikes, a self-serve food and beverage marketplace, and guest laundry.
Choice says it plans to build 10 Everhome Suites properties in California alone. Other upcoming locations include Newnan, Georgia; Bozeman, Montana; Nampa, Idaho; and Camden, New Jersey.
“This grand opening represents the first of many milestones to come for the brand,” said Anna Scozzafava, Vice President and General Manager of Extended Stays at Choice Hotels, in a statement.
“And as Everhome begins to take off around the country, we can’t wait for guests to experience our hotels, which are designed to be just as flexible as them, so they can maintain their routine when away from home for days, weeks, or longer,” the statement continued.
The hotel appears to be participating in the Choice Hotels Choice Privileges loyalty program, meaning you can earn and redeem points on your stay.
However, there doesn’t seem to be any award availability just yet. Cash rates start at around $125 per night. However, it looks like the hotel hasn’t loaded its full availability yet (award nights or cash), so you may want to check back in a few weeks if you plan to stay in Corona soon. Other hotels in the area start at 12,000 points a night and range upwards of 25,000 points, so it wouldn’t be surprising if the Everhome Suites fell somewhere in between.
If you’re low on Choice Privileges points, you should consider opening the Choice Privileges® Mastercard®, which earns 15x points on Choice stays and 1x to 3x points on everyday purchases. Choice is also an American Express transfer partner, Capital One transfer partner, and Citi transfer partner. Citi has the best transfer ratio at 1:2, meaning 1 Citi ThankYou Point can be transferred to 2 Choice Privileges points.

Final Thoughts
Choice’s newest brand, Everhome Suites, just opened a new hotel in Corona — Everhome Suites Corona — about an hour outside of Los Angeles. This is good news, considering hotels in the region can be pricey, and cash rates at this property are pretty reasonable. If you’re considering a long-term stay, the Everhome Suites should be near the top of your list!
