The World of Hyatt Credit Card has a limited-time offer for new cardmembers. Now through February 26, 2026, you can earn up to 5 Category 1-4 free night certificates through a tiered bonus structure.

Here are the details of this new offer on the World of Hyatt card.

New World of Hyatt Card Offer: Earn 5 Free Nights

The World of Hyatt card has a new welcome offer for up to 5 Category 1 to 4 free night certificates with a tiered bonus structure. This offer is good from January 15, 2026, through February 26, 2026.

  • Earn 3 Category 1 to 4 free night certificates after spending $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months after account opening.
  • Earn an additional 2 Category 1 to 4 free night certificates after spending a total of at least $15,000 in purchases in the first 6 months after account opening.

Category 4 hotels cost 12,000 (off-peak), 15,000 (standard), or 18,000 (peak) points per night. If you can maximize this offer, it can be worth up to 90,000 World of Hyatt points (5 peak nights at a Category 4 hotel).

However, keep in mind, these free night certificates are only valid for 1 year after they are issued. Plus, there’s no way to top them off to stay at a higher category hotel.

Hyatt Category 1 to 4 Hotels

If you’re interested in this offer, you may be wondering where you can use these free night certificates. They are valid at any Hyatt Category 1 to 4 hotel worldwide. While this doesn’t include top-tier properties like Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, Andaz Amsterdam, or Park Hyatt Zürich, there are plenty of great hotels to choose from, such as Thompson Washington D.C., Andaz Savannah, Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, or Hyatt Regency Lisbon.

Is This a Good Deal?

These 5 free night certificates could be worth up to 90,000 points, which is technically more valuable than the standard offer of up to 60,000 points. However, earning free night certificates isn’t as flexible as earning points.

If you aren’t sure where or when you would use these certificates, you may be better off applying when the World of Hyatt card features a points-based bonus offer instead.

Hyatt points don’t expire, and they can be used on hotels in any category, including high-end luxury hotels, all-inclusive resorts, and even Mr & Mrs Smith properties.

Setting the new welcome offer aside, if you frequently stay at Hyatt hotels, the World of Hyatt card is one you may want to keep in your wallet long-term. It comes with valuable benefits that easily outweigh the reasonable $95 annual fee, including an annual free Category 1 to 4 free night certificate, automatic Hyatt Discoverist status, and 5 elite night credits to help you reach the next level of Hyatt elite status.

Hot Tip:

Keep in mind that Hyatt announced it will expand its credit card portfolio in 2026, so if acquiring this card puts you over Chase’s 5/24 rule, you may want to wait to see what the new cards are like before applying.

Final Thoughts

There’s a limited-time offer available on the World of Hyatt card. Now through February 26, 2026, new cardmembers can earn up to 5 Category 1 to 4 free night certificates — you’ll earn 3 certificates after spending $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months after card opening and an additional 2 certificates after spending a total of $15,000 in the first 6 months.

While this can be a lucrative offer, keep in mind that these free night certificates expire after 12 months and can only be used at Hyatt Category 1 to 4 properties.
