If you’re considering purchasing a Southwest Vacation package, the prices will vary greatly depending on the destination, season, hotel you select, etc.

Hi Nicole,
Southwest Vacations does not appear to have a review feature. But you could leave a review of your experience on Trip Advisor, or leave a Google review of the hotel you stayed with.

Can you make your final payment after the final payment deadline? For example the final payment is due 11/15 but you can’t pay until 11/17?

Everyone is having a terrible experience with Southwest Vacations. It is extremely difficult to receive your refund even if you cancel months in advance AND purchased trip protection. Southwest’s reputation is going to suffer from licensing their name to the company that is currently giving thousands of people the runaround.

Do not bother!
We booked our vacation package on Southwest Vacation (according to Southwest, apparently, it has nothing to do with them). The return flight was canceled. And now seven months later, Southwest telling me that it was not them charging me, and Southwest Vacation telling it was not them canceling the flight. As a result, I still can’t find where our money is.
