Current Citi Offers

There are 4 Citi Offers in total that might be useful for travelers. Here is a quick look at each.

Hawaiian Airlines

Get $20 back when you spend $200 or more on a Hawaiian flight. This offer expires on September 29, 2021.

IHG Hotels & Resorts

When it comes to IHG Hotels & Resorts stays, you actually have 2 offers to choose from:

Earn $20 back when you spend $100 or more on a stay at a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express hotel
Earn $50 back when you spend $200+ at a Hotel Indigo

These offers both expire on September 29, 2021.

Uber

Even if you’re not planning to travel anytime soon, you might be able to get some use out of the Uber offer from Citi. With it, you’ll receive 30% back on rides, up to $10 saved, which requires about $33 in spend. As with the other offers, the expiration date is September 29, 2021.

However, unlike other offers listed, this offer can be used up to 4 times per cardholder, allowing you to save up to $40 if you spend more than $132 across 4 separate transactions during the offer window.

Virgin Atlantic

Lastly, you can earn $50 back on purchases of $500 or more with Virgin Atlantic. You’ll have a bit longer to take advantage of this offer though, as the expiration date is not until October 31, 2021.

Bottom Line: Remember that these offers are targeted at select cardholders, so you’ll need to log in to your Citi card account to see if you’ve received them (on the website, click Rewards & Benefits, then Offers for You; from the app, tap Services, then Products & Offers). You also must add the offer to your card before completing your payment or you will not receive the discount.

The Citi Offers program is easy to overlook when compared to competitors like Amex Offers and Chase Offers, but as you can see, it can be just as lucrative. So if you’re using Citi credit cards, make sure you are regularly checking your account for deals each month to see if you can save yourself some extra money!
