Do you want to fly to the Caribbean in style at a discount? Well, there’s an excellent deal to Barbados — and it’s in JetBlue’s Mint business class!

Let’s take a look at the deal.

Fare Deal — Details

This fare deal is a nonstop flight from Boston (BOS) to Bridgetown, Barbados (BGI).

Both flights are on JetBlue’s Airbus A321 jet, configured with its “old” Mint seats.

Mint on this plane is arranged in a 2-2 or 1-1 configuration. If you want a coveted “Throne Seat,” make sure to book an odd-numbered seat if it’s available.

You’ll find the cheapest availability in June, though other Mint flights are available throughout the summer —including Barbados’ Carnival festival — starting at around $1,100 round-trip.

You can play around with some dates on Google Flights and then book directly through JetBlue or an online travel agency (OTA) such as Expedia or Priceline. Remember that these fares are non-refundable, so make sure your travel plans are confirmed before booking.

  • Class: JetBlue Mint
  • Route: Boston (BOS) to Bridgetown (BGI)
  • Dates: Select dates in Summer 2024
  • Rates: As low as $975 round-trip
Hot Tip:

When you book this flight, you’ll earn at least at least 4,800 JetBlue TrueBlue points! Here’s our guide on how you can redeem TrueBlue points for maximum value.

How to Book

As mentioned above, the best availability can be found in June 2024, though other flights are available for a few hundred dollars more.

Once you’ve settled on dates and picked flights, make sure to book your ticket with a credit card that rewards for flights or general travel purchases. Some of our favorites here at Upgraded Points include:

If you fly JetBlue often, you may consider opening 1 of the airline’s co-branded credit cards, all of which offer nice welcome bonuses and elevated earnings on flights. Both The JetBlue Plus Card and The JetBlue Business Card offer 6x JetBlue TrueBlue points per $1 spent on JetBlue flight purchases, while The JetBlue Card offers 3x JetBlue points on JetBlue flight purchases.

Final Thoughts

This is a fantastic deal for a nearly 5-hour flight to the Caribbean, and JetBlue is 1 of the best ways to fly to the region.

If you want to visit Barbados this year, you’d better book this deal before it’s gone!
