How To Get a Complimentary Walmart+ Membership

While a membership typically costs $98 per year, cardholders of the Platinum Card^® from American Express and American Express^® Business Gold Card receive the cost of a $12.95 monthly Walmart+ membership as a statement credit (upon enrollment).

In addition to the Walmart+ credit, Amex Platinum cardholders can enroll in statement credits for digital entertainment purchases (up to $240), up to $200 Uber Cash credit, and a prepaid hotel credit of up to $200 (and there are even more benefits and credits!).

The Amex Business Gold card’s most recent refresh also includes a statement credit of up to $240 back annually ($20 a month) for eligible purchases at FedEx (through 10/01/2026), Grubhub, and office supply stores (enrollment required).
