There are many benefits to being a Walmart+ member, but now, members can save money on their next Lyft ride with a new promotion.

Let’s take a look!

Walmart+ Lyft Credit Lasts Up to 90 Days

Walmart+ members, check your accounts because there’s an offer for a $15 Lyft credit!

Signing up is simple. You’ll click “Redeem your offer,” which will automatically apply your promo code. On your next Lyft ride, you’ll see your credit in your account.

The offer is valid for paid and trial Walmart+ memberships, which is great if you’re unsure about signing up for an account.

Your promo code is good for 90 days. Note that you can only redeem the $15 ride credit once, but it can be used across multiple rides until the total value has been redeemed. Also, keep in mind that the offer is only valid in the United States.

If you’re not a Walmart+ member, you can sign up here. Members get perks such as free item delivery with no order minimum on same-day and 2-day purchases, on-demand grocery delivery, and 10¢ off per gallon on fuel at Walmart and select gas stations.

A membership to the delivery service costs just $12.95 per month or $98 per year, but there’s a way to wipe that charge entirely with the right credit card. Walmart+ is complimentary for those with The Platinum Card® from American Express. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll sign up at the Walmart+ and Amex Platinum card landing page.

While the Amex Platinum card might have a hefty annual fee ($695), the perks can make the fee much more palatable (rates & fees).

Aside from a great welcome offer, cardholders receive an up to $240 digital entertainment credit upon enrollment, up to $200 Uber Cash credit, and up to $200 prepaid hotel credit.

Plus, Amex Platinum cardholders have access to over 1,400+ airport lounges worldwide, complimentary Hilton Honors Gold and Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status upon enrollment, statement credits for Global Entry/TSA PreCheck and CLEAR, and even rental car elite status.

Hot Tip: Thinking about the Amex Platinum card? Check out our in-depth review!

Final Thoughts

There’s a sweet Lyft promotion for Walmart+ members, which is a nice incentive to sign up for membership if you haven’t already done so. And if you’re an Amex Platinum cardholder, you get the Lyft credit and free membership with your statement credit!
