How To Use the Amex Business Platinum Dell Credit

To use the Amex Business Platinum card’s Dell credit, you first need to enroll in the benefit. Then use your card to make a purchase directly with Dell or at Dell.com in the U.S. and U.S. territories. Purchases shipped outside the U.S. and Dell gift cards do not count.

Every cardmember gets up to $150 in statement credits per calendar year to use at Dell. After spending at least $5,000 on purchases at Dell, you get an additional $1,000 statement credit.

Statement credits can take 6 to 8 weeks to post.
