Not only can the card help you earn rewards on one of your biggest monthly expenses, but it also offers perks like Priority Pass lounge access, an up to $400 annual Bilt Travel hotel credit, up to $200 in annual Bilt Cash, and more.
Bilt Palladium Card Top Benefits and Perks

Best Ways To Earn and Redeem Bilt Points
Using your card for all of your daily purchases is the best way to rack up Bilt Points and Bilt Cash. Your card earns unlimited 1x points on rent and mortgage payments, along with 2x points and 4% Bilt Cash on all other transactions.
However, in order to earn your full rewards on your rent and mortgage purchases, you’ll need to redeem $3 of Bilt Cash for every 100 points on housing payments you want to unlock. In other words, if you have a $2,000 mortgage or rent payments, you’ll need to redeem $60 in Bilt Cash to unlock your 2,000 Bilt Points. Considering the 4% Bilt Cash rate on all purchases, you’ll need to spend $1,500 on your card each month (outside of your rent or mortgage payment) in order to earn this much Bilt Cash.
Outside of your card spend, you can also earn bonus points through the Bilt Dining program, Lyft rides, fitness classes, Walgreens purchases, and more. On Rent Day, cardholders can also earn double rewards on the first day of every month on all eligible purchases except rent, up to 1,000 bonus points.
You can use Bilt Cash to unlock rewards for rent and mortgage payments, Bilt Travel purchases, neighborhood spending, and more. The best value for your Bilt Points is realized through the Bilt Rewards transfer partners, which include Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards and Japan Airlines Mileage Bank, along with several other airlines and most major hotel chains.
Alternative Cards to the Bilt Palladium Card
If you want a card that will help you earn rewards on your rent and mortgage, but don’t want to pay a large annual fee, the Bilt Obsidian Card (rates & fees) would be a better fit for you.
It still earns an uncapped 1x points on rent and mortgage payments, plus 3x points on your choice of dining or groceries on up to $25,000 in spend per year and 4% back in Bilt Cash, 2x points on travel purchases and 4% back in Bilt Cash, and 1x points and 4% back in Bilt Cash on all other purchases.
While it doesn’t offer as many perks as the Bilt Palladium Card, it still comes with a $100 annual Bilt Travel hotel credit, cellular wireless telephone protection, various travel protections, and no foreign transaction fees (rates & fees).
For those who are extremely averse to credit card annual fees, the Bilt Blue Card (rates & fees) is the option for you. It earns unlimited 1x points on rent and mortgage payments, along with 1x points and 4% back in Bilt Cash on all other purchases.
Since it is a $0-annual-fee card (rates & fees), cardholders don’t receive many perks, but they can utilize cellular wireless telephone protection, no foreign transaction fees (rates & fees), and travel protections.
