Beginning May 1, 2025, eligible Chase cardholders will receive bonus Instacart benefits through December 31, 2027.

For people who prefer grocery delivery, the new benefits can help offset the annual fees on eligible cards.

Let’s look at what the new Chase and Instacart benefits are, and whether they make sense for you.

New Chase and Instacart Benefits — The Details

Chase and Instacart are expanding their partnership to bring Instacart+ benefits and monthly Instacart credits to eligible co-branded credit cards and Chase Ink Business credit cards, now through December 31, 2027.

Chase said in a statement that cardholders need to sign up for Instacart and enroll their eligible card to redeem the offer to access these benefits.

Here’s a rundown of the eligible cards with this new benefit:

Co-Branded Cards

Eligible cardmembers of the following co-branded cards will receive a complimentary 3-month Instacart+ membership, plus a $10 Instacart monthly credit, up to $120 total each calendar year, for purchases made directly through Instacart with their eligible Chase card.

Chase Ink Business Credit Cards

Ink Business Cash® and Ink Business Unlimited® cardmembers will receive a complimentary 3-month Instacart+ membership, plus a $20 Instacart monthly credit, up to $240 in Instacart credits annually, for purchases made directly through Instacart with their eligible Chase card.

A 3-month complimentary Instacart+ membership is also included with select personal United MileagePlus credit cards.

Chase and Instacart also partner on the Instacart Mastercard®, with cardmembers earning 5% cash-back on purchases made on the Instacart app (iOS, Android) and Instacart.com.

Final Thoughts

These additional benefits are a welcome plus for eligible Chase cards, but they aren’t a game changer for anybody who isn’t, or wants to become, an Instacart user.

However, if you use that service to buy groceries online and have them delivered at least a couple of times a month, those additional benefits can save you up to $240 a year. That’s not a small amount.
