Having 100,000 Bilt Rewards Points in your account is nothing to scoff at. We value Bilt Points (offer terms) at 1.8 cents per point, making 100,000 worth $1,800. In many cases, you can get even more value from your Bilt Points if you know how to use them.

What makes Bilt Rewards so valuable is its long list of travel partners, including airline and hotel loyalty programs. This list includes loyalty programs such as Atmos Rewards, World of Hyatt, and United MileagePlus.

Bilt offers 3 credit cards and lets you earn points on your rent and mortgage payments. Even so, the idea of earning 100,000 Bilt Points can seem like a stretch. But it’s easier than you might think, even if you don’t have high monthly expenses.

Here, we’ll show you how to earn 100,000 Bilt Points quickly with your everyday spending and how you can use those points for travel. We’ll discuss earning with credit cards, rent payments, and through its extensive list of Neighborhood Partners.

Why Would You Want To Earn 100,000 Bilt Rewards Points?

Bilt Rewards is one of the most valuable transferable points currencies, right behind Chase Ultimate Rewards and American Express Membership Rewards. This is thanks to its various redemptions, which aren’t limited to airline and hotel transfer partners. You can also redeem Bilt Points for:

  • The Bilt Collection (a variety of home decor, goods, and art)
  • Fitness classes
  • Shopping on Amazon
  • Bilt Home Delivery (powered by GoPuff)
  • Lyft rides
  • Rent or a down payment on a home

But the best use of these points is travel, as you can redeem them for luxury travel by leveraging the program’s list of transfer partners. Here’s how you can amass 100,000 Bilt Points in the first 90 days of signing up for a Bilt Rewards account.

How To Earn 100K Bilt Rewards Points

Earning 100,000 Bilt Rewards points quickly is easier than you might think. You can use a Bilt credit card, make rent or mortgage payments, and leverage Bilt’s growing list of neighborhood partners to bulk up your points balance quickly. Plus, the loyalty program recently launched its first card with a traditional welcome offer.

1. Apply for a Bilt Credit Card

There are 3 Bilt credit cards, each with varying benefits, point-earning rates, and annual fees. The low-end card has no annual fee and minimal perks, and the high-end card features high-end travel benefits, such as hotel credits and airport lounge access.

The 2 lower-end cards — the Bilt Blue Card (rates & fees) and Bilt Obsidian Card (rates & fees) — do not include traditional welcome offers but provide an easy way to earn Bilt Points on your everyday spending. The Obsidian Card is particularly good for rewards, as it earns 3 points per $1 on your choice of dining or groceries (up to $25,000 a year for groceries), 2 points per $1 on travel, and 1 point per $1 everywhere else.

The higher-end Bilt Palladium Card (rates & fees) is the only Bilt credit card with a welcome offer: Earn 50,000 points after spending $4,000 on non-housing expenses in the first 3 months + Gold elite status. And, $300 Bilt Cash when you apply and get approved (offer terms). The card has a $495 annual fee (rates & fees), but that’s largely offset by $400 in annual Bilt Travel hotel credits (distributed as $200 semiannual credits).

Using a Bilt credit card to pay for your daily expenses can put you well on your way to earning 100,000 points within 90 days. If you opened the Palladium Card and earned its welcome offer, you’d be more than halfway there when you factor in the required spending for the bonus.

2. Pay Your Rent or Mortgage Through Bilt Rewards

The best way to earn Bilt Points is to pay your rent or mortgage with no transaction fees.

Historically, landlords generally have not accepted credit cards because they don’t want to incur fees or potential headaches with credit card processors. But through Bilt, landlords can accept rent payments by credit card without any transaction fees on their end. The same goes for mortgage payments, which typically don’t accept credit cards.

In early 2026, Bilt revamped how it awards points on rent and mortgage payments. In addition to Bilt Points, Bilt cardholders can choose to earn 4% Bilt Cash on everyday purchases (up to $100 of Bilt Cash earned rolls over to the next year). Bilt Cash can be redeemed for discounts with partners like Lyft and Walgreens but can also be used to earn points on rent or mortgage payments without a transaction fee.

You can use $30 of Bilt Cash to earn 1,000 points on your rent or mortgage. You earn 1 point per $1 on your rent or mortgage payments, so a $2,000 rent payment requires $60 in Bilt Cash.

Alternatively, you can opt to earn housing-only rewards with your Bilt credit card. Doing this lets you earn up to 1.25 points per $1 on rent or mortgage payments. The rate at which you earn depends on how much you spend on your Bilt card every month compared to your monthly housing payment.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Spend 25% of your housing payment, earn 0.5 points per $1.
  • Spend 50% of your housing payment, earn 0.75 points per $1.
  • Spend 75% of your housing payment, earn 1 point per $1.
  • Spend 100% or more of your housing payment, earn 1.25 points per $1.

Whether you should pick Bilt Cash or housing-only rewards depends on how much flexibility you’d like and how much you spend on your Bilt cards. If you have a high monthly rent or mortgage payment and spend enough for the 1.25x multiplier, housing-only rewards might be your best bet. Bilt Cash provides more flexibility, as you can redeem it through other partners.

Hot Tip:

Each Bilt card includes a Bilt Cash bonus when you open your account, and the Palladium Card includes $200 in Bilt Cash each year you keep your account open.

Depending on how often you use your Bilt card and how high your rent or mortgage payment is, you can make quick progress toward your 100,000-point goal.

3. Redeem Bilt Cash For Point Accelerator

Another way to redeem Bilt Cash is for a new feature called Point Accelerator. This Bilt Cash redemption is exclusive to the Obsidian card and Palladium card and gives you 1 extra Bilt point per $1 on up to $5,000 in purchases, valid through the end of the year. You can redeem Bilt Cash for Point Accelerator up to 5 times per calendar year.

Redeeming Bilt Cash for Point Accelerator before a big purchase massively increases your earnings. If you have the Palladium card — which normally earns 2 points per $1 on everything — this increases to 3 points per $1 with Point Accelerator.

It can also be worthwhile to activate this perpetually if you use your eligible Bilt card as your daily driver to earn bonus points on every purchase.

4. Take Advantage of the Monthly Rent Day Promotion

Rent Day is a monthly promotion to encourage members to be active on the first day of each month. On all eligible purchases (except rent), you can earn double points, up to 1,000 bonus points, every Rent Day. If you have the Bilt Palladium card, you earn 4 points per $1 on all purchases on Rent Day.

If you’re able to save up a few monthly bills for the first of each month, this could be an extra 12,000 points over a year. Consider changing automatic payments for utilities, cell phone, and other bills to the first of the month to take full advantage of Rent Day.

Hot Tip:

Rent Day is about more than just earning bonus points. You also get other rotating benefits, which often include transfer bonuses. Plus, members have access to additional exclusive benefits, including discounted fitness classes.

5. Dine at Restaurants in the Bilt Dining Network

The Bilt Dining program lets Bilt cardholders earn even more rewards when dining at participating restaurants. You can earn up to 3 points per $1 spent, which is an effective 5.4% return on your spending.

These points are earned in addition to the points you earn with any credit card in your wallet. If you have an Obsidian card and choose to earn 3 points per $1 on dining (instead of groceries), you earn up to a whopping 6 points per $1 at Bilt Dining restaurants.

To use Bilt Dining, simply link your credit card to your Bilt Wallet in the Bilt app or website. If you have a Bilt credit card, it’s linked automatically. Then head to the tab called “Neighborhood” in the Bilt app or on its website to find participating restaurants.

If you have a Bilt credit card, the earnings on Bilt’s website include the points earned with your Bilt card. Click on a restaurant and click the drop-down menu under the “Your member benefits” header to see what points are earned with your card and which are earned through Bilt Dining.

If you have Bilt Dining restaurants, bars, or cafes in your neighborhood, you can rack up points quickly. This is especially true if you have reimbursable work expenses and take clients and coworkers out for meals — if you go to a Bilt Dining restaurant for your next event, you could earn thousands of points with a big group.

6. Earn Bilt Rewards Points When You Shop Through Rakuten

Rakuten is an online shopping portal that lets you earn bonus rewards when you shop online. Simply click through Rakuten before you make a purchase with a participating merchant to earn. While Rakuten has historically been a cash-back portal, you can earn Bilt Points instead by linking your Bilt and Rakuten accounts on the Bilt app or website.

The app makes it easier. Image Credit: Bilt Rewards

This makes it easy to earn bonus Bilt Points when you shop online with major merchants like Apple, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Sephora. And if you don’t have a Rakuten account already, you may be eligible for a welcome offer bonus that makes your first purchases through Rakuten even more rewarding.

7. Connect Your Lyft and Bilt Accounts

If you often use ride-sharing services, connect your Lyft and Bilt accounts and earn 2 points per $1 on all of your rides. You earn these points regardless of the card you use to pay for your Lyft rides, so you might consider paying with a Chase credit card that earns bonus points on Lyft rides.

With this wide array of options, there are plenty of ways you could redeem these points for both premium and economy travel. Here are a few ideas.

Book a Business Class Flight to Europe

Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards — one of Bilt’s exclusive transfer partners — is among the best loyalty programs for flying from the U.S. to Europe in business class, especially if you’re flying from the East Coast to Western or Central Europe. The loyalty program uses a distance-based award chart for partner award tickets.

Business class flights to Europe between 1,501 and 3,500 miles cost 45,000 miles, and flights between 3,501 and 5,000 miles cost 55,000 miles, plus taxes and fees. This leads to some excellent deals, like this American Airlines flight from New York (JFK) to London (LHR) for 45,000 points and $19.

The program applies high fuel surcharges to British Airways flights, so try to book flights on American Airlines and Condor, which do not charge them. This would give you the best all-in deal on your flights across the Atlantic.

Short-Haul American Airlines Flights

Atmos Rewards is also a good bet for short-haul domestic flights on American Airlines. The least expensive tickets cost 4,500 miles in economy or 9,000 in domestic first class — plus minimal taxes and fees — for flights under 700 miles. In practice, some slightly longer routes also fall into this band, like Chicago (ORD) to Newark (EWR).

This can come in handy for booking business-heavy routes, like Boston (BOS) or Washington, D.C. (DCA), to New York (LGA), which can get expensive during conferences and other events. Those 100,000 Bilt Rewards points are more than enough to fund short-haul travel for the whole family.

4 Nights at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts

World of Hyatt is another excellent Bilt Rewards transfer partner, thanks to its fixed award chart. Each Hyatt hotel is assigned a category from 1 to 8. Each category has 3 pricing tiers, off-peak, standard, and peak, with off-peak being the least expensive. This can lead to excellent deals, especially when you book during low travel seasons.

The Park Hyatt St. Kitts is a great place to spend a long weekend if you’re hoping to book a tropical Caribbean vacation. It has 2 pools, multiple restaurants, and beach access, plus well-designed rooms. It’s also close to the beachfront off Cockleshell Bay, which is filled with local bars and restaurants.

It’s a Category 7 property that costs between 25,000 and 35,000 points per night. In other words, you can book a 4-night stay with 100,000 Bilt Rewards points transferred to World of Hyatt, which is enough time to relax and enjoy everything that St. Kitts has to offer.

Final Thoughts

Bilt is a solid platform for earning valuable rewards, whether you’re a renter or not. The new Bilt credit cards provide an easy way to earn valuable transferable points on your everyday purchases. Plus, you can leverage the program’s partnerships with Walgreens, Lyft, and local restaurants to earn points even if you don’t have a Bilt card in your wallet. This is all on top of the earnings you get when you pay your rent or mortgage.

Because of this, earning 100,000 Bilt Points is easier than you might think. Once you have them in your account, you can redeem them for everything from short-haul flights around the U.S. to stays at 5-star Hyatt properties around the globe.
