Quick Overview: Charlotte (CLT) Airport Lounges

CLT has 13 open lounges and experiences: 2 American Airlines Admirals Clubs, plus a Provisions by Admirals Club, the Amex Centurion Lounge, The Club CLT, a Delta Sky Club, Gameway, 2 Minute Suites, and the USO Lounge, plus 2 Be Relax Spas (the Concourse A location accepts Priority Pass). Access generally comes in one of 4 ways: a premium or partner ticket, airline status, a lounge or credit card membership, or a paid day pass.

Priority Pass covers The Club CLT, Gameway, Minute Suites, and the Concourse A Be Relax Spa, though not all Priority Pass memberships provide access to all of these.

All concourses connect after security, so you can move between lounges without clearing security again. Three more lounges are on the way, all in Concourse A: a Capital One Lounge, a Sidecar by The Centurion Lounge, and an American Airlines Flagship Lounge, with the Sidecar slated for 2027.

Final Thoughts

CLT is an American Airlines hub, so the Admirals Clubs anchor the airport, joined by the Amex Centurion Lounge, a Delta Sky Club, and Priority Pass lounges and experiences, including The Club CLT, Gameway, Minute Suites, and the Concourse A Be Relax Spa. More lounges are coming, including a Capital One Lounge and an AA Flagship Lounge. Because every concourse connects after security, lounge-hopping needs no second security check.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport has a Centurion Lounge in the Concourse D/E connector on the mezzanine, open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. American Express has also confirmed a Sidecar by The Centurion Lounge in Concourse A, opening in 2027.

Which credit cards get you into Charlotte airport lounges?

Several cards unlock CLT lounges through membership, Priority Pass, or airline access. See the “Credit Cards That Get You Into Charlotte Lounges” table above for each card, the lounges it covers, and the annual fee.

Can you pay for a day pass at a Charlotte airport lounge?

Yes. The Admirals Club ($79 or 7,900 AAdvantage miles), The Club CLT ($60), Gameway (from $17.99), and Minute Suites (from $65) all sell day passes. The Centurion Lounge and Delta Sky Club do not offer general day passes.

Is a Capital One Lounge coming to Charlotte?

Yes. Capital One announced a CLT lounge in January 2026. The roughly 14,000-square-foot space will sit on the Concourse A mezzanine near gates 21 to 29. An opening date has not been confirmed.
