  • Passengers must have a valid same-day boarding pass.

United Club House Rules

  • A same-day boarding pass is required for a flight operated by United, a Star Alliance member, or a contracted partner airline.
  • United Club members with an individual membership cannot bring a guest unless they have an eligible United credit card.
  • All Access members can be accompanied by 1 adult and children under 18 or up to 2 adult guests.
  • Guests must be 21 to access a U.S. club with a self-serve bar. The only exception is if they are traveling with another member who is over 21.
  • Day pass guests may bring 1 infant under 2 free of charge.
  • Day pass guests may be refused entry if the lounge is at or nearing capacity.
