SpringHill Suites by Marriott is an all-suite brand that offers spacious accommodations and free breakfast to all guests. While this brand might not be at the top of your list when it comes to dream hotel redemptions, there’s some good value to be had.

Obviously, we love highlighting glamorous, luxury hotel redemptions, but we also understand that some travelers are looking for reasonably priced, practical redemptions. In this post, we’ll show you the 12 best SpringHill Suites by Marriott locations to book with points for maximum value.

We created this list with the following guidelines in mind:

  • Marriott Bonvoy points are worth ~0.7 cents each. This list only includes locations where the points value exceeds this average.
  • Peak travel dates for each location were determined using Google Travel.
  • Cash rates were based on the standard rate for a weekend night during the peak travel season for each destination.
  • The cent-per-point value was based on the averages of the cash and points costs of a room over a 2-month period.
  • The points-per-night cost was based on the old Marriott Bonvoy award chart peak-pricing level. These points rates can vary.

Hotel room costs can vary throughout the year and prices can change at any time. Before booking any hotel with points, you should familiarize yourself with both the cash and points rate so you know when you’re getting a good deal.

Chase Ultimate Rewards points transfer at a 1:1 ratio to Marriott. While it’s great to have options, this isn’t the best way to use your Chase points. You’ll get a lot more value by utilizing other Chase transfer partners or even using your points in the Chase Travel portal. However, if you’re short a few points for a redemption, transferring some points from Chase to Marriott Bonvoy can make sense.
